The ordering and collection process could not be easier. But to be honest the pricing lets GSF down a lot of the time. Cleaning and generic products are reasonable but a few specific car parts even with the 50% discount codes are still more expensive than rival motor factors

Recently I purchased a master cylinder from GSF online, despite giving the reg. number they sent the wrong part. This is more down to Fiat being pants and has happened with this vehicle before, one quick phone call and a trip to town the next day and I had the correct part, that makes GSF win hands down against most of the other online seller's. My beef however was that when looking online for a contact number I discovered that I could have had a 50% discount!!! As a repeat customer they had e-mailed a code for 30% off... So they obviously don't value me as a customer. Ultimately I now feel ripped off. It may only be a £10 difference to them, but for me? I will be looking elsewhere next time.

We offer a 30% discount on the website for new customers who enter their email address, all customers on our database will be sent deals/promotional emails as and when we offer them, these tend to go out in the very early hours of the morning. If you did not get the email with the bigger discounts on, it may be worth checking it hasn't gone into your junk folder. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. After a week I had not received my items, luckily I wasn't in any quick need for them. The guy was really nice on phone and told me the pick had not printed out therefore not dispatched. Was a bit concerned that I had to contact.

Ordered several parts through PayPal, took around 3 weeks to arrive due to processing, which I can understand. Ended up sending the wrong part after all that. To their credit, the customer service department were extremely quick to resolve and post out the right part.

Hi, Thank you for your review, the initial delay in sending the products was due to the funds being held. I am sorry the warehouse team made an error when sending the product, we have logged this and it will be dealt with internally. I hope the correct part has now been delivered and all is well. On line stock is poor had to up head office due to no stock thount out stock numbers out of date lot of hassle to sort out. Second order was sent wrong part. Caused a head ack. So had car of road for extra day due to this. But happy with things was sorted. Great offers on parts up half price

Ordered a new washer pump for my car after entering my reg number and it telling me these model would fit my car. Upon collecting the part from the store I got home and found the pump had completely the wrong connectors and would not fit my car as the connectors were completey incompatible. It was a minor inconvenience and I returned the next day for a full refund without hassle.

I entered my car registration details and ordered the part which the part finder said would fit my vehicle. I had to collect the part and was disappointed to discover the the part did not fit and I had to take it back.

Why is that when you check a store for stock of an item online then do 'click & collect' for that store when you get there it doesn't have it in stock, what's that all about? Why are there inaccuracies with your computer system that allow this, making me do a 30 mile journey to Banbury for nothing? I must say, I wasn't happy.

I was pleased that I was able to find the parts I was looking for at an affordable price price, however I was let down by a couple of crucial stages. Whilst processing my payment Sage apologised as this could sometimes take a moment; this was the first alarm bell as most sites are quick enough to not require this statement. After a minute or two I decided to minimise the page as it was taking forever to process. When I returned to the page I had been placed on the home page with no acknowledgement of my order or anything else. Having also checked my emails I didn't receive any kind of order acknowledgement through there. I decided it was likely the payment had failed due to the slow processing of Sage so I was looking to purchase the part via a different site, most likely eBay. A few days later the part was delivered still with no acknowledgement of my order. In this day and age, the service I received was sub par and I shall not be using GSF again.

From your description above, it would appear Sage (Third Party Payment Tool) was experiencing issues and not our site itself. Click and collect service was good, friendly staff and good pricing. Sadly the cv joint kit I bought was missing the clips and packet of cv grease that it was supposed to come with!

I have always used GSF Car Parts as I felt they were superior quality to other part providers, however I've recently noticed that the quality isn't as superior, e.g on a few occasions I've noticed the headlight bulbs are not as good quality as your competitors. I've also noticed some prices are higher online than when purchased instore, so your not making that much of saving by applying a discount code online than you would if you purchased the item instore without a discount code
