Why is that when you check a store for stock of an item online then do 'click & collect' for that store when you get there it doesn't have it in stock, what's that all about? Why are there inaccuracies with your computer system that allow this, making me do a 30 mile journey to Banbury for nothing? I must say, I wasn't happy.

I've used GSF on many occasions but this is my first time for online service and found it very poor.

I was pleased that I was able to find the parts I was looking for at an affordable price price, however I was let down by a couple of crucial stages. Whilst processing my payment Sage apologised as this could sometimes take a moment; this was the first alarm bell as most sites are quick enough to not require this statement. After a minute or two I decided to minimise the page as it was taking forever to process. When I returned to the page I had been placed on the home page with no acknowledgement of my order or anything else. Having also checked my emails I didn't receive any kind of order acknowledgement through there. I decided it was likely the payment had failed due to the slow processing of Sage so I was looking to purchase the part via a different site, most likely eBay. A few days later the part was delivered still with no acknowledgement of my order. In this day and age, the service I received was sub par and I shall not be using GSF again.

Hi Ben, Thank you for your review, i am sorry you had an issue with an order you placed with us. From your description above, it would appear Sage (Third Party Payment Tool) was experiencing issues and not our site itself. Good price only when You have a promo codes . Many of parts cost lot more that inother shops

Click and collect service was good, friendly staff and good pricing. Sadly the cv joint kit I bought was missing the clips and packet of cv grease that it was supposed to come with!

I have always used GSF Car Parts as I felt they were superior quality to other part providers, however I've recently noticed that the quality isn't as superior, e.g on a few occasions I've noticed the headlight bulbs are not as good quality as your competitors. I've also noticed some prices are higher online than when purchased instore, so your not making that much of saving by applying a discount code online than you would if you purchased the item instore without a discount code

Delivery was ok took a few days as expected but the wiper blade was incorrect for my vehicle standard hook type wiper but one sent for a different vehicle disappointed.

Website isn't the easiest to use identifying the right part isn't always easy resulting in getting the wrong part twice so far

Through no fault of GSF my order, which i received 50% discount, was put back into stock. This was due to illness so as far as i am aware i missed the chance on the offer.

Hi, You applied the discount code at the checkout, this was automatically taken off the order prior to collection. Presenting the discount codes at the counter will not provide any additional discount, these codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not redeemable in store. Sorry.
