Overall an easy purchase process, however frustratingly I was given the wrong part, which has cost me, as I had a mechanic doing work on my car, who was unable to complete the work as the part was incorrect - very frustrating.

They did not make me "Happy" whilst the person serving me was great. The other guy who was chatting to his mate on his phone, couldn't stop F-ing this and F-ing that. Very disrespectful and rude.

Didn't really make me happy. I was waiting for 15 minutes to be served whilst you can hear other staff members waffling on in the background. One guy was serving two customers and they had a lot of parts to order, which left me standing there like a melon waiting for my apparently quick and easy "click and collect" order. Get more staff members. For something I had already ordered, I needed to be out there quickly but was quite delayed.

cost was very good, but my mechanic says the ball joints are of poor quality and may need to be changed again in about six months

Feel a bit let down on my last visit as ordered my items online to gain my discount only to find the shop didn't have all of them in stock. The web prices are not a true price as when in store they are marked on the shelf at a lower price, which is a bit of a con. Just give a true discount percentage from the correct store price.

The website was useful but didn't like how you have several products which wasn't for my vehicle even though I put my reg in. Not enough Staff at your Birmingham branch has to stand at the till 45minutes waiting for my parts

It started off as a poor experience as people kept walking past me behind the desk from the office. I rang to make sure the part was in stock and a offer was on but they advised they can not price match the website. I made the reservation and collected. However after 20 min someone acknowledged and got me the part requested. I did ask if the part was correct and the advisor did actually go the extra mile to investigate my concern which actually made a difference. overall happy with the experience. I can only suggest rather then joking and having a good time keep an eye on the front desk rather then everyone sitting in the sales office.

Friendly staff delivery is good but the issue is with the quality of parts, for example my new oil sump did not sit well on my car.

No. They made me not happy. Ordered parts using click and collect. Went to collect them and the air filter was not available. Computer said one in stock but it was not physically there.

Very happy with the price but not happy 2 of the spark plugs had been picked incorrectly. Had to come back on the Monday afterwards because not open on a Sunday either. Exchange was no hassle though.
