Hi, The item ordered was on a free second class service, delivery is around 3 working days subject to any logistical delays. Express postage can be paid for at the checkout. Thanks GSF Car Parts

One stop shop for car parts. Unfortunatly had to use another supplier as G.S.F was out of rear brake shoes for a vauxhall combo van and showed they was in on line

Hi, We are sorry if you were subject to a stock error. Having checked the system it appears the store should of had them in stock at the time, the branch manager is now aware of the situation and is performing a stock check. Click and collect in store is useless!!!! As when you get there, there is no one at the fast collect point to serve you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and left waiting for ages Mite as well just join the normal que and wait and order!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery good, but one of the items brake cleaner had leaked losing about a third of the contents.

I have only given a normal as the warehouse delivered a part which obviously been a customers return and was wrongly labelled thus keeping the car off road. However, the staff in your Slough branch could not have been more helpful on this purchase and for one made earlier in the week.

budget pollen filter , bit flimsy but does the job, have to fiddle about a bit to push back in to filter housing

Refurb caliper had too much free play. Bushes used in the locating bolts were too soft.

Your website will not allow me to identify and select my local branch for collection. This means to take advantage of the weekend discount I have to select the delivery option which means a delay to replacing the part.

Ordered a disributor for my vw t25 they gave me the wrong one despite being advised it would fit. I got in touch with vee wee and the guy there knew what he was talking about and ordered me the correct part

It was only a small order for a stock item placed the same day as parts with other suppliers. Although the GSF price was very good the two other suppliers delivered their orders two days ahead of GSF. That's not to say GSF are not good, just that the others were better when it came to beating their own estimated delivery dates. I will try GSF again.

The actual ordering process was excellent - however the reason I'm giving a "Normal" rating is that the item arrived in an unsealed box. No protective plastic wrapping around the clutch slave cylinder part. It appears as though the part was a "returned" item. Not fitted it yet to my car. Waiting for my mechanic to assess the part is ok.

Hi, Boxes from time to time are opened by GSF staff to ensure the products are as they should be. Sometimes customers like to inspect items over the counter before deciding, we always ensure items are fit for sale where boxes are opened. weekend offers are only 1 day?! so if i make a online reserve i cant collect... as sunday its closed and i work all day saturday. so a weekend offer is only 1 day 9-5?

Hi, Our weekend offers are valid for varying periods, generally they run Friday to Sunday. You can collect your order until the end of the next working day, as per the confirmation email sent you can request an extension by calling the branch. The staff in store can usually hold most orders for a little longer. As a general rule, orders placed Friday are held until Monday, orders placed after this are held until Tuesday and of course there is home delivery if needed. Thanks Matt - GSF

Good on line site but no provision for ordering parts not in stock and had to call in local Derby Depot to order. I ordered Brake discs and pads but only discs subsequently showed on the site as in stock so purchased on line and collected next day. Enquired why pads not obtained with discs and counter staff said will order for collection next day. Still showed pads as out of stock on line but called in again and was told different [ more expensive] pads were obtained but could not give the on line 35% discount. As needed pads to fit discs/pads,I bought them anyway and ended up paying approximately £13 more than id ordered on line with discount.

When goods you require are out of stock at your local depot, we have expanded our click and collect service to that we can also offer a Ship to Store on less common items allowing you the convenience of collecting at your leisure from your local store at a time convenient to you rather than waiting for a courier delivery. Ship to store orders are shipped to the store of your choice the next day, usually arriving first thing in the morning provided you order before the cut off time.
