“Hit the drop down auto selection for my car..ordered 2 X wiper blades...wrong size sent and posted in a "padded envelope" so damaged in post.”

Hi John, Please can you send the vehicle details and pictures of the damaged items to reviews@gsfcarparts.com, in most cases there is more than one option, especially when manually selecting a vehicle. “Having recently acquired a 1971 karmann ghia that is in need of renovation I was pleasantly surprised at the good service I got at GSF Peterborough,not so with the online sales offers which led me to believe I could get parts at wonderful discount.I think I must live in cloud cuckoo land cos most of the bits I want ain't on offer. My mistake!”

“GSF website is over priced so best not to use unless you have a discount code - they are selling the same thing on eBay for a lot less. I would prefer to see things advertised at the proper price with out having to have a discount code. Email confirmation of online order was slow, Service was speedy so 10 out of 10 for that.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. Stores have a different pricing structure to our online store, purely as it is a different market place and we have to price to compete in each market. We have discounts at all sorts of times, not just weekends, these can be either posted on our site or sent via email. Thanks Matt - GSF

“Sent wrong parts. after items returned got sent replacement parts had to pay extra to compensate badly advertised parts. Used a discount code 45% off paid the same as a competitor could of sold me. Not over happy on the good side a member of your staff Rob in Birmingham aircooled department was very helpful”

“Products arrived on time but not exactly how it looked in the picture. Inside of the headlight had a VW logo cap which sits infront of the bulb, but then they arrived, they were different”

There was absolutely no intention to mislead anyone into what we supply and apologize for the confusion. Our headlamps are of course of excellent quality and the reflector cap being different has no effect on headlamp functionality. it is merely cosmetic.
