Hello Steve, Thank you for your review. Your parts were dispatched on the day of order by Royal Mail 2nd class as per at the checkout. We would normally expect you to receive your order with 48 hours of dispatch. Used click and collect, expecting my order to be ready when I arrived in store (ordered 2pm and collected 10am the next day). It wasn't. Had to wait approximately 20 minutes for my order to be put together (after waiting half an hour for the customer in front to be served). Parts ok but service poor :(

I had difficulty choosing my local store from the website, it eventually worked after a few tries but overall the experience was good, just let down a little by the website

Price was good with a discount code, but I always have to wait for a long time when collecting parts, not great when you are in a rush.

NUts were missing on ball joints, on calling glos branch to enquire, they didnt seem interested. had to sort else where

I ordered a set of discs and pad which arrived speedily and were well packed. The communication that I received about the order and delivery was very good. Unfortunately, the picker had put the wrong brake pads (one digit different!) in the package and I only discovered this when half way through fitting them. The delivery note stated the correct part number. Fortunately, I live 10 miles away from a GSF branch and the staff there were able supply me with parts I needed to complete the job. It still cost me unnecessary fuel and time though.

Ordered premium wheel bearings. Two different packages both previously opened one missing a covering cap. No alternative offered. OK but didn't seem like "premium" product.

Had the wrong part listed for my vehicle, entered my reg on the home page and sent me the wrong brake pads for my van. Not good when you need your van for work.

When faced with this choice it is best not to guess or go for the first part listed. I'm sorry to say but one of the parts I ordered was numbered wrong so I received a o/s track rod end instead of a n/s one

I did not receive a confirmation email for my click and collect order, on both occasions that I ordered, this gave me doubt that my reservation was made, and made it difficult to reference my order

Rear brake shoes were fine but the brake fitting kit (pins and springs) was a) over priced for what it was and b) the retaining pin lengths were too long for the calipers. The 40% off offer brought the price down to what competitor's provide.

I will have the Jurid brake pads fitted in two months time as I find that there is some time left before I need to change them, so cannot comment at present. Incidentally at the shop I inquired about Brembo pads which are fitted to my car and the assistant implied that their product code was for Brembo but on collecting they were not. Nevertheless I am hoping these will be as good after being assured by the staff. Time will tell.
