Slightly strange transaction, aerosol not allowed to be posted so was refunded that and sent the rest. Seemed a little strange it was offered in the first place.

Found all all service parts except Air filter online , had to ask instore on collection. Staff helpful, part found and my discount honoured. The great online Discount meant i could get my service done earlier than expected.????

Web site was a unclear, looked like everything was in stock, at local branch as I selected it then find out they are at the hub and aren't actually available until next day. Overall service was good apart from this.

Hi. This would be a great service if it was not for such a poor. Its all very well having 40% off at weekends but then finding the parts to be wrong is frustrating. GSF are very good with returns though and I cannot fault them in this respect either on line or at their branch outlet at Thurrock. If it were not for the mistakes on the website I would have ticked very good.

I purchased a rear wiper blade for a Kia picanto 2005 as advised by your website and after opening found that it was not the right one. Having opened the package and trying to fit to the rear arm on the car I have given up on it. I will think twice before buying from you again John Michael Powell

Half my parts arrived in very good time. They were correct and packaged well. The other order placed on the same day never arrived. I suspect that the Post Office have misplaced them but they have definitely not been given to a neighbour nor are they at the collection office. Bit unfair to mark a service down on delivery from Royal Mail but until I am reimbursed 'Normal' is the best rating I can offer

The parts look to be roght but When i opend the box it just looked like a bom had gone off all glow plugs were out of there boxes and rolling about in the bottom of the box. The fuel and oil filter boxes were open and were all cresed. It could have been the curryers fault? Thankyou.

Incorrect parts gives by number plate. And asistant he say that part is correct. I'm never get back to the shop. Because it is second time problem when me bog

Only issue was not was a click and reserve and you cancelled the order due to non collection. Even though my car and I was stuck in Nottingham being repaired due to a mechanical issue...

Hi, As per our click and collect term's, we allow till the end of the following weekend for goods to be collected. After this the system will automatically put the items back to stock. You can replace the order or you can have them delibered. Thanks Matt - GSF

Hi, Having checked your order details, i can see you have requested your goods to be reserved at Heathrow. Click and Collect will always show the two closest branches to your location at checkout, if the issue happens again please contact us. Thanks Matt - GSF

Ordering online very straightforward and good price, however staff at the store very unfriendly as a female I found this quiet off putting, they were paying more attention to what seemed a regular customer that I even got the wrong invoice for my purchase. Did not notice this till I was at home. Not very impressed with counter service

Hi It would be nice if it were possible to put items on back order, at the moment , unless all items are available, the online order will not complete. and therefore you will not honour the online discount, when i have to order in branch

Reserved items should be kept for more longer. Applied coupons shoud be valid if you miss pick up and want to reorder

Hi, We allow until the close of business the next working day for collection (48hrs), if you are unable to collect the goods within the specified time we advise you call the branch and see if they can hold it for you*. Unfortunately once an order is cleared down, discounts can not be carried over. *this is not always possible if the stock is required or the sales system automatically clears your order. Not obvious enough that you have to order the product online first - so frustration and humiliation when I went to the branch - took 3 visits to get what I needed

OK but online need to have more information on what brand is stocked for example most brake discs just say 'Premium' however it would be better to know what brand and if they are a coated disc as these seem to be popping up on the market now. Other than online part detail I don't know maybe just my branch but they all look like they have been zombified. Always pretty miserable and arrogant.

GSF need to keep on top of their stock records , ordered on-line ,went to pick my parts up only to find that they weren't in stock ,had to order for the following day

Good price and service in local branch. However on line support was not helpful - I had to call my local branch in the end to get an answer. Also many parts on line are listed as a 'premium' brand but the actual brand isn't named, again not helpful!

The parts were placed in a packing envelope rather than a box which led to the envelope being split and expelling nasty dusty packing contents everywhere. I have no doubt that a single set of brake pads would be ok in this packaging but two sets were not. Fortunately the brake pads boxes were not also damaged.
