Put in my registration and chose a Bosch battery. Collected it next day but it was the wrong (physical)size. Day after changed it for a Banner battery with no problem.

I was happy to purchase the parts I needed in one of the '12 days of Xmas' sales. 48% off was great. There was some confusion regarding ordering online and collecting in store. The wording and instructions regarding collecting in store and time limits etc could be improved. I ordered Friday for a collection Monday. I was under the impression I had 24hrs after the collection date to pick up. But I received an email on Tuesday morning saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and this was confirmed and I was told I could not repurchase at the discounted price. Then the following day I was called to ask if I still was going to collect the parts! I did and I'm happy with them. I think the link between online and in-store maybe needs some work. Thank you

I bought brake discs and pads for my Passat. The discs fitted perfectly. However, the spring clips on reverse of two of the pads were significantly larger than those on the VW parts I was replacing. As the spring clips were larger they were very difficult to squeeze inside the ring of the caliper pistons. I had to use a pair of long-nosed pliers to compress the springs and then push home into the piston. Just though you'd like to know my experience.

The price was excellent but having paid for the next day postage, the battery was delivered 3 days later. No refund?

The clutch I ordered for my Zafira MK1 turned out to be the wrong part. Even though I entered my cars registration plate on the website. I phoned up and was sent a replacement that I was assured was the right one, but that turned out to be wrong too.. Ended up getting a complete refund and going elsewhere.

The Clutch and Slave cylinder you have ordered on this order reference is for a Ford Focus Petrol so we are very confused as to how you ordered this for a Vauxhall Zafira. Click and collect order online it was shown in store arrived at the store and was told they didn't have it and had to return on another day wasted trip and time not very good service this time usually have no problems.

Good discount on parts and a very quick delivery - unfortunately the alternator pulley was described as manufactured as a premium quality. When it arrived it was manufactured by a company I'd never heard of and appears to be of inferior quality - still I guess you get what you pay for with these highly discounted prices!

Your alternator pulley will either have been branded Ruville or ZEN, both of which are OE quality brands in the box and both have an excellent reputation for quality. The parts came quickly and was informed when it was dispatched however I placed the order twice as the first time I ordered I never received a confirmation of the order and I'm now stuck with a part I don't need.

Overall an easy purchase process, however frustratingly I was given the wrong part, which has cost me, as I had a mechanic doing work on my car, who was unable to complete the work as the part was incorrect - very frustrating.
