“It started off as a poor experience as people kept walking past me behind the desk from the office. I rang to make sure the part was in stock and a offer was on but they advised they can not price match the website. I made the reservation and collected. However after 20 min someone acknowledged and got me the part requested. I did ask if the part was correct and the advisor did actually go the extra mile to investigate my concern which actually made a difference. overall happy with the experience. I can only suggest rather then joking and having a good time keep an eye on the front desk rather then everyone sitting in the sales office.”

“No. They made me not happy. Ordered parts using click and collect. Went to collect them and the air filter was not available. Computer said one in stock but it was not physically there.”

“Very happy with the price but not happy 2 of the spark plugs had been picked incorrectly. Had to come back on the Monday afterwards because not open on a Sunday either. Exchange was no hassle though.”

“Having recently acquired a 1971 karmann ghia that is in need of renovation I was pleasantly surprised at the good service I got at GSF Peterborough,not so with the online sales offers which led me to believe I could get parts at wonderful discount.I think I must live in cloud cuckoo land cos most of the bits I want ain't on offer. My mistake!”

“GSF website is over priced so best not to use unless you have a discount code - they are selling the same thing on eBay for a lot less. I would prefer to see things advertised at the proper price with out having to have a discount code. Email confirmation of online order was slow, Service was speedy so 10 out of 10 for that.”
