Online shop shows products available and takes the order but when I drive three miles to my local shop I have found recently on two occas sions the items are out of stock ! What is the whole point of reserving them if the system does not work.I believe the problem is gsf in chadwell heath no longer make up the orders on the shelf when reserved, instead they simply leave the paper orders in a pile and only search for the stock when you visit leaving a timeframe for the shop to sell to others. Very frustrating and off putting

I used the Click and Collect service, unfortunately the parts they listed as having in stock they didn't, so they kept me waiting for three days for parts to be delivered from another store, which only half of the parts brake discs were delivered, I had an email saying they are having more brake pads sent from another store, so I had to cancel half of the order and go elsewhere for the pads as I couldn't wait any longer for Parts they said they had in stock.

the staff were excellent very helpful and arrived checked they had the part then use online service to order to get a 56% discount as online discount codes they done use in store the problems were twice had to go there to change the part as was wrong with third time to take the part back to get refund got from another rival store first time the part was right

They didnt make me happy, The staff were more interested in quizing each other on football the getting off there arses to serve customers. I felt sorry for the young girl on the counter who was serving.

PARTS ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING DAY. ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS IF I HAD ORDERED THE FOLLOWING DAY I WOULD HAVE GOT A 56% DISCOUNT RATHER THAN THE 15% WHICH WOULD HAVE SAVED ME MORE THAN £60

Placed 2 orders. 1 arrived. 1 did not. Contacted GSF, who did nothing. Still waiting for parcel or refund, over 2 weeks later.

Not particularly as first of all they gave us the wrong one and we had to drive from Bracknell to Heathrow twice that day - it severely delayed us in our days activities as well!

I wouldn't say it was the best experience. I reserved a mirror glass ( stick on ) for the following morning using the click and collect function on the website. I turned up and no part was there and was told to come back in the afternoon so they could get it in, returning to the store I picked up the glass, returned home to fit and the glass although the correct shape was way too big and wouldn't even fit inside the housing. I subsequently had to return the next day again to obtain a proper mirror glass which was in stock. 3 journeys was not ideal.

The roof bars can be obtained for 30 quid less elsewhere. It has no lock, makes noise at even less than 30mph. I was desperate to get my job done over the weekend so I bought it otherwise not recommended.

Good quality parts and usually in stock. The vehicle selector is very accurate for parts selection compared to euro car parts

How did had make me happy? Got part to fix car. What didn't like was this biased review question which is asking a positive question to get a positive review. Where is the counter question of "what made you unhappy." ? What made me unhappy was the price in store is cheaper than online. This makes the online discount code less valuable. Decieving pricing structure which must be against trading rules? Knocked off one star for price structure fraud and one star for biased review question.

Although the staff in my GSF store are great, the system isn't. I ordered parts which were showing as in stock and available to pick up the following day. In total I had to wait 5 days for my parts.

Had the part I needed in stock and the discount code worked as described unlike a competitor we shall not name. Although the box came opened and I couldn't tell if it was a genuine/new part. Unfortunately the part is sold out everywhere and I'm desperate for it

Bought some wiper blades from GSF for the first time using click and collect. All went very well - great start. I was then tempted by a 54% off promotion because I needed a leisure battery, however I found that GSF's normal price was well over double everyone else's for exactly the same product, so I bought from another supplier without a promotion and still saved money! That has made me tread carefully in future. If an offer seems too good to be genuine, it probably is!

Ordered a inner track rod end after staff looked up VIN as three different types and garage removed old one and went to fit new one and this was wrong part. I asked if another could be sent out to garage we was at as car was in pieces and they said 10 - 15 minutes. I thought excellent customer service and was only about 2 miles away. My mechanic also ordered all 3 inner track rods aswell from his supplier at the same time. The parts he ordered came in 20 minutes and were fitted. After an hour and a half still no show from GSF. I drive back to them and obtained refund for my one I purchased from GSF. Staff apologised.
