Prices are competitive with the discount codes and ordering is easy. The collection is the issue. Was kept waiting 15 mins behind a guy who didn’t know what he wanted. The only person serving was tied up even though I counted at least 10 other staff milling around. My transaction took less than a minute! Customer service needs addressing in Gloucester!

So the customer service at GSF was amazing but they gave me the wrong part. I needed 2 indicator bulbs with offset pins but they gave me 2 we aligned pins which was a pain as I had to go back over 90p bulbs.

Decent offers every weekend, makes it about the same price as everywhere else. Navigation is ok. Some part details are lacking.

I collected my parts to find the oil filter would not fit my vehicle,I returned the item to be told that it was the correct filter.i was given another filter but this was still incorrect,I had to get a genuine filter as I could not keep returning it to be told it was the correct one.This wasted my time and my fuel,and I had to then pay more for the genuine oil filter,the staff could have been more helpful rather than suggesting that I had cross threaded the filter,and that was the fault.the filters have either been boxed incorrect or the threads not been machined correct in both filters,physical appearance of the filters were correct,and the genuine filter fitted ok

Hello and thank you for your review. This filter is a push fit filter and the most common fitment issue is as a result of part of the old filter being left behind in the filter housing on removal. This means that the replacement filter cannot sit correctly in the housing and then the cover will not fit on properly. We sell thousands of this filter so have come across this problem a few times. Obviously the sales person at the branch could have put it across in a more informative way. your comments will be passed to the branch. They had the part in stock and it was good value once the discount had been applied from one of their continual sales. I wish they'd just price everything competitively and stop with the discount codes, it's almost as if they're selling sofas.

The blackfriday prices were great but the No photos of what your buying is a bit pants. I find other large car parts online shops a lot easier to use and cheaper I must add.and parcel force took a week to deliver my items which is poor .i only found out the courier hadn’t bothered to find my address when I had to ring gsf to find out we’re my goods were. There was no text service saying your parcel will be with you by then. So I think I will be sticking to my normal online Car part store. unless there is huge discount😌

I think the black Friday on line discounts jammed up your delivery system, I was phoned one morning to say my parts were ready to collect, but when i turned up, i was told they phoned the wrong customer. Then I was emailed next day to say my parts had been delayed, in the end I decided to turn up to see if they had arrived, and was told my parts had been cancelled?, good job the sales guy checked in the store, as they had not gone back. in future I will not order a black Friday deal.

Brought online believing I got 60% off and when got to the shop to collect the oil is on the shelf for £30 instead of the £75 online , don’t believe there discounts , they are the same price in the shop day in day out, I even said to the sales bloke in the shop about it and he said “ well you have to manipulate the price online so it looks like you getting a good deal”

Great price on black Friday bought autoglym Leather cleaner 500ml and leather care balm 500ml, however delivery was very slow and when opened the leather cleaner bottle had leaked slightly, not going to moan much because was a bargain but maybe just make sure that each item is individually wrapped.

The offers are the only good thing about gsf as my local branch has really grumpy people working for them. Its almost like the hate the fact that your attending the plaxe to buy parts. I can't say for what the rest of the branches are like but the Leeds branch on roseville has got a miserable old man working that really puts me off.

Took a long time for click and collect order to come though on their system, despite having the receipt and the price they would not process it until it came through on their computer. Very odd a shop not able to sell. I had to return the next day in the end. Oh and £7.50 for two screen wash tablets...your having a Rory! Good wipers tho for the price. Staff pleasant enough.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you experienced a delay with your click and collect order, orders do take a short period to transfer from the system to the branch. This is never normally any longer than 15-20 minutes. The screen was tablets are always a little higher in price due to the 'volume' of screen wash they amount too, i would always recommend 981AA0585, 5L for under £3.00. Thanks Matt

Not too bad but all you have done is increase your prices bu near 50% then frequenctly put an offer of 55% on which makes you near competative - why don’t you just put your prices reasonable

Recent purchase of a car battery, unfortunately the battery lost all charge within 2 days, I had to organise recovery having been stranded with 2 small children. Thankfully my battery was under guarantee, and a quick replacement was provided. However I was made feel I was at faultborvthere was an under lying issue with my car. May I add, the replacement is fine with nil break downs. Please don't judge people because of poor products!!
