“Good service for the click and collect. What is annoying is when you get an offer sent to you most weekends ie 50% off the prices on the website are twice as much so ends up being the same as before.”

“Cant fault the wheel nuts, oil filter or 5litres of oil. Oil could have been cheaper and i was provided with wrong gasket”

“member of staff in Bedford branch should improve customer approaching by keeping professional not joke smiling sarcastic etc... in particular when customers enter in to the shop, it is an excellent shop but urgent improvement need on this to keep customer returning for every single item.”

“Just EP80w90 oil for my old Range Rover axle, and a great price after discount offer. However, when I came to collect it couldn't be found. Called back a few days later but full discount not given, so cost went up, disappointingly.”

“The parts were ready for pick up , a bit of delay though as there was only one staff member helping customers on arriving at the store at around 09.30am. After a complaint by another customer in que, another staff member arrived to assist us.”

“Twice in a row parts ordered on internet with a store collection of 9am the following day where not ready when i arrived at the Daventry store to collect. to the staffs credit they where very apologetic and made sure they arrived the following day.”
