The website is perfect. 3 star. Estimated Delivery Time (Working days when ordered by 4pm Mon-Fri) Standard 2 - 3 Days!!!! I did not write it. I copied it. I bought from you because you promised a short deadline. of course, the price also motivated me. on the other hand, it was posted after 3 days. Instead of 3 days, the car was parked for 5 days. the auto Which is a work tool for me. Therefore 3 star. Thanks

I have spent numerous hours trying to get someone to help with placing the order. As you can see the local shop in Ilford did not give me any paperwork when I handed over the parts at the local branch. Carelessness can have serious implications with business. Kind regards Mr Modha.

Bought a can of spray paint. The cap was shattered and jagged, the shop floor assistant said it was the last one. Told me to be careful and not cut my fingers when opening it. Asked if I would get a discount because it was damaged, she just smiled and said it was full price.

Delivery time was prompt and communication good but there was an issue regarding the halloween sale on the brembo brake discs I ordered. Part was out of stock with no idea of when a restock was possible but instead of refunding the part it would be more beneficial to the customer to honour the sale order and supply the part as and when it was available

Products were great, however the click and collect receipt is like a toll receipt which is not useful to keep as a service record for the car especially for serviceable items. I asked the chap at counter for printed invoice receipt and he said GSF don’t do them for click and collect. Pretty poor.

Orderd parts which was easy to do and pay I was given a date for delivery via DPD Day 1 time given never came Next day day 2 DPD again a time was given for delivery never came 3rd day time given came parcel was left on doorstep GSF good DPD parcel service not good

Price was good but the part was faulty and I had to modify it to work properly. There was a blob of solder right next to the positive post on the starter motor. When connected the positive terminal bridges the gap and caused the starter to be triggered all the time!

Very disappointed that I couldn’t buy over the counter after waiting a long time in a queue,and then having to wait after ordering on line,eventually got served and the counter lady couldn’t have been nicer.Thank you and good luck with your motorcycling in the future.

Got light bulbs , typed my reg in they give me the one that would fit on the website ,I collected them got home and they don't fit.

Ordered battery for collection on description was written one, but on collection they didn't had that type battery. Description incorrect. Had to buy more expensive battery.

Good service and was able to collect the parts quickly however the garage fitting the parts say they were incorrect so I will need to return them for a refund, I’m afraid! Despite putting my reg number in the search engine. Don’t know what went wrong…!?

Ordered the wrong part (The vehicle Reg was checked online). Went to depot to exchange for the correct item. Very disappointing that the price in store is higher than online, over £20 more expensive in person. Overall very good service, price and quality of parts.

Wrong brake pads listed on Web site meaning that I stripped down brakes then found out it was the wrong ones. then a second trip to get the correct ones
