first battery never arrived after chasing them they said it had been damaged in transit and I could have a replacement or refund I said I still need battery so please send replacement this one arrived wet box where battery had leaked so had to top up before fitting just poor packing should seal the battery before sending.

"acceptable" is a good word. They're local, they're handy. The online site isn't great. Sent me completely the wrong belt. They're far from the cheapest, even after applying the neverending list of "discounts". I actually get annoyed by their marketing. They make claims of 60% discounts then show some rediculous fictional price for brake pads of say "£85", then claims they're offering a huge discount, which brings the price down to what is still more expensive than other local suppliers.. No one pays £80 for brake pads, you think I fell out of a banana tree?? Seriously, offer membership, offer real discounts, don't treat us like idiots!

Generally parts availability and speed is great but it is sooooo annoying when you I buy shock absorbers for my car and you show a picture of the dust protectors but then you cannot buy them and it would appear they are a specific size to Manroe.

I had my part next day delivery part ce when stated wrong part came so I had to find my nearest central gsf Cannock I took part back and the gent said we don't give refunds we send the part back to our hub it's a good job my dad had came because I had forgotten my card and had to pay for another fuel filter the right one and he said he'd deal with and had my return code and pay the money back to account as soon as I had received I've heard nothing and still not any thing in account I'll be using euro parts again from now on first and last time I'm dealing with this

The classic VW beetle part didn't fit live chat . There when on and on asking for product number copy and pasted number lots of times each person said theres no number so sent them a screenshot then there ended chat I didn't what a refund as item was only £5 just wanted them to know it didn't fit but all I got what negative live chat from about four people so I am not buying from this firm ever again

There was a part missing off the order. On ringing customer services I was asked for photos of the parts supplied. Not sure what value this would have been as the missing part could not be photographed. Added an undesirable delay to the job as I had to source the missing item locally. However a refund for the missing item was processed on the same day.

Great delivery service. Website is poor and very slow as it is constantly checking for stock so whole experience is slow and painful. Also if prts are not in stock for collection but are for delivery you have to place 2 orders and then reslect everything for collection or delivery. I should be able to place one order that splits the order between collection and delivery and not have to put things into the basket again and go thru thousands of clicks to do so. Website and order process needs some development

With the last order I had with GSF I decided to have it delivered as parking is a problem with both Poole and Bournemouth stores. I ordered several parts and assumed they would arrive together, only one parcel arrived via DPD and it stated 1 off 2 on the label. I did not know if DPD still had the other parcel or GSF had not sent it, I sent an email asking about this to both DPD and GSF, and had no response from either of them. The other parcel did arrive the next day which was fine but it was the lack of any reply or any contact which was the problem.

I purchased front ABS rings for a 2010 VW Polo. I provided my No. Plate to ensure the parts were correct. The parts arrived. On dismantling the car, these parts do not fit the car as it is the bearings that have an integral magnetic encoder !! One would think that GSF would know this and my experience shows that unfortunately, they are not experts at providing the correct parts.

Can't fault the price, speed of process or delivery. However parts sent were not compatible despite website saying that that they were. Had to modify and fit anyway as didn't have time to reorder and wait for more parts as engine was already stripped and old part could not be used. Would use again but would not trust the comparability information on the website.

Had to chase up my order, after 6 days. Delay was due to a 'glitch' on GSF's part. Quickly sorted out over the telephone. Items were dispatched next day. I hope the glitch is sorted for next time!

My order for a sump gasket was dealt with efficiently but was incorrect upon arrival. However a phone call was enough to put everything right.

Ordered on line based on recommendations for my licence plate. The parts didn’t fit but I now know they can’t be returned to a shop only back to the warehouse. I now have purchased the item twice and still have to return the incorrect item.
