Delivery was brilliant, pricy was good but both of the CV boots I received were wrong so the 1 I tried using was nearly 3times as thick as what I needed so 1 has had to be thrown away and the other is in the garage not able to use it as like I said it is 3 times to thick to get it over the drive shaft and having a disability my son does a lot for me but can't do anything because his car is in the garage now having proper CV boots fitted. Always check if you can to make sure they are correct otherwise like me it's money down the drain which we can't afford to be throwing items away because they are wrong but you have unpacked and tried to fit

I prefer buying my parts from gsf my only issue is they never have any stock of items things I do get are great and never had the wrong parts but stock levels could be a lot better

After entering address was given the option of next day delivery, Paid for next day delivery but took 2 days to arrive, waste of money, found it difficult to cancel the order once I found out it would be delayed,

No issue with parts or service but surely if putting your registration number in to find parts they should fit when ordering ? … mine didn’t so a 3 days without a car has now become nearly a week . Thank you

First time ordering for home delivery, turned up when expected, unfortunately the wrong brake pads were sent so I ended up trailing down the shop anyway to swap them

New starter motor was delivered on time, but when I went to return the old unit to Taunton GSF the staff were very disinterested as I'd bought it online. Finally managed to get a return code over the phone. Still waiting for the money back.

Initially good but why can customer services not be contacted by anyway other than email. I’d ordered parts but had made an error so wanted to cancel prior to the parts being dispatched. This was received by customer services via email too late.

Ordered a matching set of four spark plugs, and two different types arrived (two of each) - customer services were good to resolve but a basic mistake that shouldn't have arisen in the first instance.

Ordered discs and pads for home delivery, but only the discs arrived. Spoke to the helpline and they were very good at giving a refund and reserving pads at the local store for my collection. The whole point of using the home delivery was to save time and petro, but it would have been easyer to have driven down in the beginning. Dont trust home delivery now.

Both inner and outer boxes damaged & the brake discs were sticking out as they were stood up when packed! No packing between inner & outer boxes. Badly packed

Part that I ordered for my car was wrong size and delivery took longer as I paid extra for delivery which was later sent as normal 3-5 working days

OVERPRICED WITHOUT THE DISCOUNT, i WANT A CLUTCH FRICTION PLATE BUT YOU ONLY SELL THE KIT WITH PRESSURE PLATE WHICH i DON'T NEED.

Ordered my parts for next day delivery pre- noon £8.95 I did receive them next day but at 5pm So had to call (20 minutes before they answered) to ask for a refund of delivery charge which they obliged. Also the security tag on the box had been broken.

First delivery was perfect, second one the oil had leaked. Only half a litre but annoying all the same. Tried to email gsf but it wouldn't send. Probably won't stop me buying from them again as price is very good.
