Very disappointed that I couldn’t buy over the counter after waiting a long time in a queue,and then having to wait after ordering on line,eventually got served and the counter lady couldn’t have been nicer.Thank you and good luck with your motorcycling in the future.

Got light bulbs , typed my reg in they give me the one that would fit on the website ,I collected them got home and they don't fit.

I have been a customer of GSF/ Silencers and exhausts for nearly 50 years , I always expect the best price but don’t get it .

Ordered battery for collection on description was written one, but on collection they didn't had that type battery. Description incorrect. Had to buy more expensive battery.

Good service and was able to collect the parts quickly however the garage fitting the parts say they were incorrect so I will need to return them for a refund, I’m afraid! Despite putting my reg number in the search engine. Don’t know what went wrong…!?

Ordered the wrong part (The vehicle Reg was checked online). Went to depot to exchange for the correct item. Very disappointing that the price in store is higher than online, over £20 more expensive in person. Overall very good service, price and quality of parts.

Wrong brake pads listed on Web site meaning that I stripped down brakes then found out it was the wrong ones. then a second trip to get the correct ones

Great delivery, but returns are a pain. I ordered some brake discs and pads online. The pads were available in local store and picked up. The discs were not available locally and were posted directly. For various reasons I needed to return these items so took them to the store. They were able to refund the pads, which they had supplied, but said that the discs were treated separately, so now I need to send 2 x 10kg discs back. This seems a strange way to run one business. Especially annoying as the website says they weren’t available in store but the helpful guy in my local depot said they could have had them delivered there within a few days.

Item ordered is what it should be. Service was ok and I did not have to wait long but I did specifically ask cashier for a receipt and did not get one! When I queried it, he said that I should have asked for one! Next time, if there is one, I will take a pencil and pad and draw the request as well as ask verbally and then add a song and dance to reinforce my request.

I'm fairly sure one of the parts I ordered isn't suitable for my car but was shown as compatible on the gsf website.

The item I wanted was on the website as in stock . When I got there it was not in stock . I had to make a second journey to another branch to get it .

Purchased a rear wheel bearing for a 2007 Toyota Yaris, competitive price, and in stock locally. On stripping the vehicle and removing the old bearing, we fitted the new one to find that the new bolts supplied to fit and secure the bearing to the carrier / hun, fit, how every the heads are 17mm and the sockets won’t go through the holes that are pre drilled in the bearing !! Without access you can’t not secure the bearing…. So I was left with a vehicle in bits and a bearing that couldn’t be located. Solution ! You have to order the bolts from Toyota as the ones with the kit render it useless.

tried to order a battery from the birmingham branch but service was slow. they apologised and i got one from ordering online to pick up next day at trafford park. who were excellent.
