“In store excellent service.. online chat rubbish! Website offered 2 different size break pads for the front of my car, obviously only one was correct. Instore checked dealers website to ensure I had the right part, online chat obviously only checked their own website. Not angry, just disappointed..”

“Staff very helpful. Had parts in different location. So got from there . When I wanted to return 1 of the parts my local GSF wouldn’t take them, I had to go all the way back to where I bought them from. Surely GSF internal accounts system could be better for all !!”

“I ordered coolant but it was out of stock due to website error. Instead of calling me & ordering replacement coolant, they cancelled it & I tried to call back but not reachable by call so was unhappy about it.”

“Price point is similar to competitors after you take the 60% off which makes no sense at all. It insults our intelligence to think you would pay 60% more for these products at those ridiculous prices. Marketing should lower the rrp and then say give 10% off if they want you to think that you are getting a good deal. Unfortunately they couldn't get the part right for sump plug seal and had to refund me but they still advertise the same part number. They may have packed this wrong.”

“Parts are good so is the price. However I ordered from Durham store and paperwork said collect from Boldon 15 miles extra on arrival no order picked but Durham had , eventually got the parts but a bit of a .ock up .GSF don't know what happened”

“Well the parts are pretty cheap and seem good but I received my part and it had a crack right on the bolt insert unfortunately I was so desperate and needed the van back on the road I had to install it and it actually seems okay considering maybe knocked in transport or dropped or something”

“The price was the best available but when I went to pick up the parts, I was told they were being delivered instead. It was a good job I didn't need the parts quickly because they took around 4 days to arrive due to the Queen's funeral. The website is confusing. I didn't want delivery. I wanted to pick up the parts the same day.”
