Parts arrived quickly which I was really happy with however the parts recommend by GSF car parts are not correct for my car so will need to be returned.

Ordered starter motor online one shown on site said right one for my car even though put registration in.when came to fit it it was totally wrong one for my motor.there was no other option online.

First time using GSF web site and thought I was doing click and collect and when payment didnt go through did it again. It was only when I went to collect and had to pay again did I realise I had both ordered on line and click and collect!

Ordered and paid for an oil filter but received an email that the oil filter was booked and confirmed but can not be sourced (typical system error). Worst thing is that the item was still on the invoice and was not delivered! Bad customer service/communication. Should not happen at GSF car parts. Not happy only 3 stars. Thanks.

They offer big discounts to draw you in. Then you find out it’s the same price or cheaper elsewhere.

I bought rear discs and pads but I was given the wrong discs which meant a trip back to the shop. Hasn't put me off as the price of quality branded parts means great value.

Spark plugs not actually in stock as indicated, then rather than provide substitute alternative brand, made to wait 6 hours for stock transfer from another branch. Could have solved their mistake better.

Battery arrived no problem. Its just the never ending emails that you people send . They now end up in my spam box in an attempt to get rid of them

Did not have part I ordered on line when it stated thy were In stock click and collect I was told to come the next day I came the next day still not in stock after being told that they would be in that day so a wasted journey so ask for my money back bad service

I ordered a wiper arm and a cap. The wiper arm included a cap but this was not clear from the website. When the arm arrived it had a cap fitted so I did not need the separate cap. However on closer inspection I noticed the cap on the arm was split so I did need the other cap after all. I called in at your Frome outlet but was told they could not replace or refund me for the broken cap.

No problem at all once actually managed to order...very difficult to ascertain if in stocks or not; this information kept changing .!. Once ordered was ready and waiting for me in Daventry store.Polite ,speedy and courteous service

Too many variations in discount rates and i'm sure this makes it difficult to return online orders straight to the outlet counters. ~So not the best returns policy if you want an exchange if you've had home delivery. Ideally collect your orders from the counter and inspect if they are correct before taking
