Did not have part I ordered on line when it stated thy were In stock click and collect I was told to come the next day I came the next day still not in stock after being told that they would be in that day so a wasted journey so ask for my money back bad service

I ordered a wiper arm and a cap. The wiper arm included a cap but this was not clear from the website. When the arm arrived it had a cap fitted so I did not need the separate cap. However on closer inspection I noticed the cap on the arm was split so I did need the other cap after all. I called in at your Frome outlet but was told they could not replace or refund me for the broken cap.

why do they advertise parts online then when you go to order they are out of stock!!! or cant get them at all very frustrating

No problem at all once actually managed to order...very difficult to ascertain if in stocks or not; this information kept changing .!. Once ordered was ready and waiting for me in Daventry store.Polite ,speedy and courteous service

Too many variations in discount rates and i'm sure this makes it difficult to return online orders straight to the outlet counters. ~So not the best returns policy if you want an exchange if you've had home delivery. Ideally collect your orders from the counter and inspect if they are correct before taking

Disappointed that I could not get item over the counter for the same price had to order on my phone and wait outside shop for 30 minutes to get it at discounted price

Ease of finding and ordering for click and collect was very good as was the price. In store pick up experience was terrible, 1 till on, 1 customer at till, 10 minutes later still waiting to collect until finally a second member of staff came to help. Normally I would have walked away from the sale but I needed the item.

I bought a Yuasa battery with a 4 yr warranty the battery failed after 15 months tried to contact customer service by phone 15 times only got a recorded message referring me to the online support, only it wasn't it was offline left 2 messages no contact back. In the end I gave up and put it down to experience and bought another battery but NOT from GSF

The new pads fitted apart from the shims were wrong size. I had to use the old shims. I couldn’t even make them fit.

The service was very good but unfortunately the quality of the bumper was very poor, several scratches and a very prominent hole on the top which I had to fill.

Didn’t get the parts I ordered on a Saturday until 9 days later and the main item I wanted was not in stock and after having to enquire about the shortage, I had an e-mail apologies that it would not be available at all and I’d get a refund. Now 2 days later and still no refund, so make your own mind up. I’d only give them 2.5 out of 5 but you can only do 1 to 5 ( so 3 it was)!

I bought rear discs and pads for my vehicle, price wise very good. Two size’s of discs were quoted but I was advised that the 244 mm discs were the correct one’s. This proved to be incorrect, should have been the 249 mm discs. So returned and exchanged for correct parts. Was assured pads were correct. Wrong the number on the box picked did not match the number of the correct part on the invoice, (perhaps I should have checked that) anyway sourced elsewhere and again returned to Otley shop for refund.

A lot of parts, mainly with the lower price, are out of stock. Also despite that stated free delivery in the UK mainland for orders over 25 pounds, it's not free as stated and the delivery charges are high and much higher from other sides which could make the total cost higher from other similar sides and local dealers. When inquired about the delivery charges the reply was that it was the delivery company which it's not professional as you purchase products and services as a whole package from them, blame the one to another it's not a good business practice, also it was a very big mixed up with the delivery day, more to the point they do not give approximate time which you have to wait all day when they will deliver, which in my case they didn't deliver the indicating date which I have to stay in all day to accept the delivery.
