Part s did not arrive on time a week late and did not get everything i ordered because of stock issue. The help team were very when i contacted them

Didn’t get the parts I ordered on a Saturday until 9 days later and the main item I wanted was not in stock and after having to enquire about the shortage, I had an e-mail apologies that it would not be available at all and I’d get a refund. Now 2 days later and still no refund, so make your own mind up. I’d only give them 2.5 out of 5 but you can only do 1 to 5 ( so 3 it was)!

I bought rear discs and pads for my vehicle, price wise very good. Two size’s of discs were quoted but I was advised that the 244 mm discs were the correct one’s. This proved to be incorrect, should have been the 249 mm discs. So returned and exchanged for correct parts. Was assured pads were correct. Wrong the number on the box picked did not match the number of the correct part on the invoice, (perhaps I should have checked that) anyway sourced elsewhere and again returned to Otley shop for refund.

A lot of parts, mainly with the lower price, are out of stock. Also despite that stated free delivery in the UK mainland for orders over 25 pounds, it's not free as stated and the delivery charges are high and much higher from other sides which could make the total cost higher from other similar sides and local dealers. When inquired about the delivery charges the reply was that it was the delivery company which it's not professional as you purchase products and services as a whole package from them, blame the one to another it's not a good business practice, also it was a very big mixed up with the delivery day, more to the point they do not give approximate time which you have to wait all day when they will deliver, which in my case they didn't deliver the indicating date which I have to stay in all day to accept the delivery.

Part was wrong first time round. Changed for correct part with no issues but had to make two journeys to shop. Pictures on all items would have helped save time and effort on my side.

I found it necessary to buy this component online at GSF because, although I'm Motor Trade, it was still Cheaper to buy this online rather than on my account (which I've had for many many years). What has happened to TRADE Discount when my potential clients can buy parts cheaper than I can. Eventually the motor trade will all go back to the Main Dealer and the trade sales companies like GSF / PARTS Alliance will dissappear.... The customer will pay, pay, pay!!!!

Order some oil and a filter for my car. It was listed on there page. Got an email the day after saying it's on it's way. Then got another email saying the oil was out of stock 😒 So all I got delivered was a filter 🙄

The delivery of parts was all good, ontime etc but there were 2 options on pads so I ordered both to return the wrong ones in store and this proves not possible and an absolute pain. Returns reference needed which you apply for and this came quickly but also an invoice number & that I am still yet to receive. The whole process could be streamlined a lot here. Next time I will collect in store if at all possible.

You never hardly have stocks of filters for blueprint or bosch but they are advertised much cheaper than other brands and are GOOD quality.

Complete farce as unable to collect due to health issues, so had online order with 3 day delivery option. Delivery failed and was 5 days waiting and phoning to no avail. Mechanic my son went on holiday day before arrival so having rung GSF many times sadly to no avail, fitting became impossible. Very poor service which cost me £10 to have battery fitted because of poor service and failure to deliver in time stated on GSF site, many calls little response a shambles. 5 days not 3 as stated a very poor show.
