The service on obtaining the part was very easy and prompt however, getting to the GSF Carparts location at Farnbourtough was not clear from the road. Had to waste 15 minutes getting to the location just because it was not evident from the road.

I bought parts giving car reg at the Malvern branch on Friday. Three guys standing around drinking tea managed to give me the wrong parts (after 30 minutes of waiting). On the web site the Malvern branch is supposed to be open until 2pm Saturday..... it is not. I'd driven up from Hampshire just to do this job so could not leave it. Calling the Malvern GFS number Callum (from Bromsgrove branch located the right parts (25 miles away) but called ahead to make sure they were on the shelf when I got there. The Gloucester (south I think) branch were also very good doing all they could to help. In short Malvern need retraining, the website should be corrected, Gloucester and especially Callum from Bromsgrove should be recognized as making a very poor situation in to a slightly less poor one. A similar story will be published in my vintage BMW forum and blog

When you are searching for parts and you enter your reg No your site brings up parts that are not compatible with that vehicle, very misleading and can cause unnecessary hassle for customers who end up ordering parts that will not fit their vehicle

We are between 2 depots Southampton North (Eastleigh) & Totton. Phone Eastleigh they say we are in Totton's area. Phone Totton we are in Eastleigh's area. Make your minds up either you want the business or you don't! All we want are the parts we need to do a days work!

Ordered discs and pads online. Asked to double check when I collected parts. Discs were incorrect so had to go back and get refund which was dissappointing. ☹

Almost all day available to pick my order but no, I had to wait the regulation 10 mins whilst the parts were collected from around the warehouse with various inter staff chats on the way. Don’t mind me I’m just the client

Bit of a let down, I went through the process on the website, thinking I was clicking and collecting. Turns out it wasn't and it would have been faster to visit the store in the first place.

Entered car reg on website, selected the parts for purchase, but when they arrived the brake discs were the wrong ones, so had to make a trip to the store to exchange for the correct ones.

Was amazed to find that price on the GSF website accessed via Android are significantly higher than those achievable when visiting their website via a PC. Using such dynamic pricing algorithms is a very unfair business practise

Bought a spark plug and received the wrong one! Right 1 purchased but was wrongly stickered up on the box. Has happened before, could do with a double check before given to customers to save us wasting time and money on traveling to and from shop. Not much of a apologisely! I understand mistakes happen but for it to happen to us more than once something should be changed.

I was disappointed with the timescales to prepare the order in this instance. Due to my postcode I have to pay for delivery and as I was off for the week I ordered on Monday hoping (not expecting) my order might arrive before the week finished only to receive an email the following Tuesday (8 days after placing the order) to say my order was being dispatched. In all fairness the order did arrive on the Thursday but this was too little too late for me. I tried calling Customer Services to advise if my disappointment but only got the generic voice message.

I ordered new wiper blades for my vehicle as I had purchased blades in the past, so knew they would be in stock and good quality. After collecting and getting home to fit the wiper blades, I found that one of the wiper sets, they are universal fit, had the fitting pack missing. This was most annoying. I did return the next day and was dealt with professionally, but it did leave me a little frustrated that I had to return and swap the parts. I will check that any parts are correct with my next purchase.

The parts ordered from GSF were fine and at a competitive price, however on entering the department the assistant was on the phone to a colleague and made no attempt to serve me and was clearly not discussing work related matters.

Website as a whole is easy to use but the simple things like updating opening hours lets GSF down badly. I have turned up on previously occasions after checking and paying for click and collect and they have been closed. This was my final attempt and thankfully they where open. Good prices and stock holding let down by the simple things
