“The delivery of parts was all good, ontime etc but there were 2 options on pads so I ordered both to return the wrong ones in store and this proves not possible and an absolute pain. Returns reference needed which you apply for and this came quickly but also an invoice number & that I am still yet to receive. The whole process could be streamlined a lot here. Next time I will collect in store if at all possible.”

“You never hardly have stocks of filters for blueprint or bosch but they are advertised much cheaper than other brands and are GOOD quality.”

“Complete farce as unable to collect due to health issues, so had online order with 3 day delivery option. Delivery failed and was 5 days waiting and phoning to no avail. Mechanic my son went on holiday day before arrival so having rung GSF many times sadly to no avail, fitting became impossible. Very poor service which cost me £10 to have battery fitted because of poor service and failure to deliver in time stated on GSF site, many calls little response a shambles. 5 days not 3 as stated a very poor show.”

“Phoned and asked which brake pads fitted my van, from 2 options. Was told both ok, just one cheaper than the other set. When fitted, the set I brought had no wear sensors, do now I’ve got to be these separate!”

“The order process was easy but the website needs to make it clearer in the description of brake discs that they come in pairs… This would stop anyone ordering 2 and getting 4 (2 packs) like I did..”

“I was a bit annoyed as GSF have changed all the part numbers, I've always ordered the old part numbers and had to phone Birmingham where I did get top service from a chap called JOSH. Will continue to buy online from GSF.”

“The ordering online was simple. However I waited 40 minutes to get served and was told I had the wrong price! I was able to prove that your website was showing the wrong price and that my confirmation was also showing the I correct price. The staff didn’t seem to know there was an online sale.”

“The site is good that it selects the correct parts that fit the vehicle, but I find the site slow to update and often resets itself. The staff at the Birmingham branch are fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful, a credit to the company”

“Received car part last I ordered no problems except the windscreen wipers weren’t the brand I ordered. I contacted GSF using online help form and was re issued an order for the correct windscreen wipers. The same ones then turned up again. Even after stating and sending pictures of what I’d received vs what I actually ordered.”

“The service on obtaining the part was very easy and prompt however, getting to the GSF Carparts location at Farnbourtough was not clear from the road. Had to waste 15 minutes getting to the location just because it was not evident from the road.”
