“I ordered a Turbo charger... reserved it but it wasn't in stock. Had to go 20 miles cross town to another GSF to pick one up”

“I don’t get the same service level I use to when it was All parts, the website says closing at 6pm but 3 times now front door was closed around 5:15. During my last purchase I stood in the rain good 10 mins at the back door before someone even acknowledged that I am waiting to collect an item. This was at 5:15 pm.”

“Easy and quick to order but I had the wrong part sent by post. Took it back to the shop. They couldn't give me a refund but said I will receive one on a few days. Still waiting.”

“went to pick up the part , could see the belt was too short , it was for a non air con model , the salesman was very helpful found the correct belt at 3 times the price , I have noticed this before with GSF on line prices are a lot cheaper than the shop . even to a trade customer .”

“Was forced into having a home delivery, even when the parts were available for collection at Sheffield branch. This caused a tight turnaround for my customer. CS department offered no refund on delivery costs. Probably buy elsewhere in future.”

“Product was Fine. I found it on website and price ok - Europarts £1 cheaper but not as convenient for collection. Made mistake of going straight to warehouse and price was a lot more - had to go home and order on line. Will not make same mistake again- only do online orders!”
