Bought battery. Had to charge it. Packaging wet inside plastic wrapper, unsure where the liquid came from, hope it’s not from the battery.

Brought 2 Springs for peugeot 307 . one front and one back. gave me 2 back springs . i called them from the garage and sent me the front spring to replace the back spring

Was forced into having a home delivery, even when the parts were available for collection at Sheffield branch. This caused a tight turnaround for my customer. CS department offered no refund on delivery costs. Probably buy elsewhere in future.

I had ordered a coolant and confirm it can be collected the next day but suddenly mentioned it is out of stock. I try to order again but the price is 3 times higher.

Okay, shame they had to bend the wiper blades to get them in the box, bent back easily enough but not good practise.

Product was Fine. I found it on website and price ok - Europarts £1 cheaper but not as convenient for collection. Made mistake of going straight to warehouse and price was a lot more - had to go home and order on line. Will not make same mistake again- only do online orders!

I always get great service whenever I shop at GFS. One issue I have is the last time I was there the service I received was not satisfactory. The staff at the till provided poor service.

Ordered discs and pads for my car but, when I went to fit then, they were totally different, wrong size discs and pads. Took the items back and had to pay more for the correct ones.

After having ordered my parts didn’t arrive as scheduled. It took me several days to get through to customer services who eventually had to resend my order. Customer service was poor apart from Darren who sorted the problem out in the end.

The company and parts are fine but the store is short staffed. Just one person serving on a saturday afternoon is not enough.

The signage at the property was unreadable so it took ages to identify the place driving round and round wasteing my petrol Not good!!

It would be better if the parts were specific to the actual registration and not just make and model as some of the parts are not correct for my vehicle. Not enough info unlike talking to a person.

Always a problem ordering online. Used to have a branch near me. Part ordered was the wrong size. If I had a local branch I could have saved about 3 days. Used to get a good deal and decent service. Postage was efficient and timely, just cannot guarantee the corect part.
