Click and collect ,sc not quite got what it means arrived to collect had to wait more than 20 minutes while my order was picked while waiting same as if just ordered at counter

Usually good quality products, competitive prices and excellent service at parts counter. Just occasionally products showing on-line as in stock at my local branch are found to be out of stock when visiting local branch to collect a "click & collect" purchase. Branch staff are very helpful procuring out of stock goods however perhaps GSF on-line stock records need updating more frequently to reflect real time stock.

Would have bin better if they had both the parts I ordered!! Which meant another trip later in the day !!

Order processed and delivered quickly. However two of the items were incorrect and not compatible with the vehicle they were ordered for.

Ordered a water pump to fit when I did cam belt it did not fit also the plugs I ordered did not fit A more accurate measure like a vin number needs to be added than just the basic reg. The trip for me to exchange parts is over a hour so more than just a inconvenience

Price increased after ordering part as promotion code no longer recognised once part arrived in store, which was disappointing. Price was still fair after using another code but annoying as priced job on original figure. All other aspects/store staff good.

Checked item on line for the item i wanted and could see the prices, but there were two different parts so went branch for clarification before purchasing. The person i dealt with was very helpful but told me i would have to order on line to get the online price and would have to wait 30 minutes for this to be processed. Alternatively, i could order straight away though the branch but would have to pay £5 more for the same part. Why, this is crazy and not very customer friendly???

Unfortunately your brake parts I purchased caused excessive squealing even though pads,discs and hardware clips were all new . Haven't had problems before as usually use Kimber friction for brake parts. Possibly down to cheap materials as my calipers are fairly new too.

Front door is closed all the time, have to go backside need to wait someoe reach you, stay in cool,cant shopping inside

So i needed front and rear discs and pads for a discovery. You only sell 3 or the 4 items which isnt very helpful so had to buy the rear pads from euro parts.

Part purchased was in an incorrect box and had to revisit store and exchange for a replacement. Counter staff were helpful but no apology was offered. Part number on box did not match item inside the box , clearly a returned item put back on the shelf.

Parts I needed they didn’t have or they didn’t do. Also you think you are getting a good price and quality parts your not. As they are the same price as euro car parts but also the same cheap after market stuff that doesn’t fit you have to modify.

I was given the wrong part at the counter, and had to make a return trip to change it when it did not fit to the car.
