Ordering easy once i discovered an advert hiding the add to basket logo. However goods not as pictured. Clutch cover not multi toothed as in picture. Hopefully will be ok when fitted

Packaging of every item in the delivery was open. Stuck with poor quality tape. Thankfully everything there. Surprising as previously GSF have been excellent

Ordered part against car reg Wrong part arrived £6 postage to return reordered correct part arrived on time Car now back up running Still not heard from them re original order part refund despite return delivery being signed for on receiving

Unfortunately didn’t get all the bits I paid for … only sump plug washer missing … probably on floor of packing area but annoying .

The part was good! Guy on the front desk! Needs some customer service training! Happy to chat for 10 minutes with people he knows and when it comes to you, there your part! Can I check it! Rolls his eyes, and walks off while I’m checking it, comes back, I paid, no thank you nothing!

Found it easy to order parts online. Didn’t feel particularly welcomed as a customer on the trade counter. Staff appeared more interested in answering phones as than serving customers at the counter. When someone eventually served me I found them abrupt. I won’t be returning .

You cannot see the brand name of the product you are buying when shopping online! You are given the choice of premium or standard only. I want to know if I am buying Bosch, Luke or Valeo to name a few rather than some unknown brand, to me at least.

Competitive pricing. A car battery was purchased. The reason it’s not 5 stars is because, unlike other companies, GSF will not take the old battery to dispose. That’s down to the consumer. In hindsight I would have purchased from those that do get rid of your battery.

Well it would have been convenient to have got it locally ( if it was in stock at the nearer Birchgrove shop) in Cardiff until I discovered that it would have been £6 dearer so I ended up buying it online, but didn't have to wait too long so not too bad then

It took far to long to deliver these parts, I could have walked to the store and back quicker.

Part description on website was wrong so had to wait for the correct part to be ordered in which was inconvenient as we had the vehicle stripped down on the ramp. They did price match the correct part though to the original one ordered.

Every time i go to gsf there is always the same server and he is always in a bad mood and rude, I understand he's not there to be my friend but it wouldn't be bad customer service if he were to cheer up a little
