“Competitive pricing. A car battery was purchased. The reason it’s not 5 stars is because, unlike other companies, GSF will not take the old battery to dispose. That’s down to the consumer. In hindsight I would have purchased from those that do get rid of your battery.”

“Well it would have been convenient to have got it locally ( if it was in stock at the nearer Birchgrove shop) in Cardiff until I discovered that it would have been £6 dearer so I ended up buying it online, but didn't have to wait too long so not too bad then”

“Part description on website was wrong so had to wait for the correct part to be ordered in which was inconvenient as we had the vehicle stripped down on the ramp. They did price match the correct part though to the original one ordered.”

“Every time i go to gsf there is always the same server and he is always in a bad mood and rude, I understand he's not there to be my friend but it wouldn't be bad customer service if he were to cheer up a little”

“I ordered brake discs and brake pads but only discs turned up, but i was sent out brake discs later, i phoned GSF about brake grease and asked them if it was suitable for caliper pins on caliper brackets and they said yes, went to the store and bought it but it clearly says on tube of grease keep clear of rubber parts which the caliper pin has a rubber gromit but can't use it?”

“Sent wrong part .brake disc screws wrong size .an had to pay next day delivery .had to get from main dealer same day it was urgent had to have car finished that day .out of pocket now not good .if I’d called use u wouldn’t of got them to me that day .”
