“Pleased with service but if I had it delivered it would have been £30 cheaper not happy about that two different prices after I bought from you after i received your email later that day see on your list inns £65 I paid over£95”

“Quick delivery. Only 2 of 3 items delivered due to being out of stock. I had to contact them for a refund which was paid after a couple of days. Purchased the out of stock item at my local store. Communication could have been better.”

“I usually have a very positive experience with GSF but this time one of the boxes had been opened and the wrong part substituted. Quickly and cheerfully corrected the next day, but it was inconvenient, so only 3 stars on this occasion.”

“I was told my part will be on my door steps in three to four working days but it takes up to 8 to 9 working days when there's no one home to receive it i had to travel from Harrogate to Nottingham”
