Part I needed was in stock/good price and ready almost immediately. However when picking up the stupid covid restrictions were still in place...only one till and a queue out the door. Only one person serving. Not sure why the guy wandering around the warehosue/sat at the laptop couldn't have served as well

Despite checking the parts with the staff twice prior to purchase and told its all correct I was very disappointed to then be told by the mechanic that the parts were sold incorrectly l. I then had to go back to finally get the correct parts 3rd time lucky. It transpires that the incorrect details were inputted into the system by the staff.

I've bought parts from GSF for many years and always find them good value. Unfortunately my experience last week was not great due to IT issues. I was visiting to pickup a click and collect item but wanted to buy a couple of other items too. The guy who served me did his best to try to help and after initially saying he couldn't serve me, he found a way of at least being able to charge me for the click and collect item, using the order number that had been emailed to me. What he couldn't do was invoice me for the other items I wanted, so I had to leave without them - rather frustrating!

Staff is bit rude. Don't care about customer. Had to wait for sometime to see the staff . Rang the bill twice for attention but nothing. They only come to the counter when they like to.

Good service, was disappointed to be given the wrong pads even after giving the registration of my car. Only found out after stripping out my brakes.

Website wasn’t behaving so went to the store but had to use web again to get discount as they couldn’t do it at the counter. Apart from that good.

I ordered a Turbo charger... reserved it but it wasn't in stock. Had to go 20 miles cross town to another GSF to pick one up

I don’t get the same service level I use to when it was All parts, the website says closing at 6pm but 3 times now front door was closed around 5:15. During my last purchase I stood in the rain good 10 mins at the back door before someone even acknowledged that I am waiting to collect an item. This was at 5:15 pm.

Easy and quick to order but I had the wrong part sent by post. Took it back to the shop. They couldn't give me a refund but said I will receive one on a few days. Still waiting.

went to pick up the part , could see the belt was too short , it was for a non air con model , the salesman was very helpful found the correct belt at 3 times the price , I have noticed this before with GSF on line prices are a lot cheaper than the shop . even to a trade customer .
