Delivery was two days late and didn’t meet the deadline had to ring customer service twice and I nearly lost my customer.

Don't always show all stock or parts for vehicles and not easy to find tools or other equipment not always the cheapest either also in the store I use local to me to collect my items has a very poor quality of service, not enough staff and what staff there is they just dawdle around and the click and collect items have to be picked while you wait

It is a shame that the only way that I could get the discount was online, although I collected the parts from the same outlet , that I had originally contacted. No delivery service because they were bought online, I would have willingly paid a delivery charge,but that was not offered. when I came to collect the parts, I had to wait, as they had not been identified or picked. The young lady was very helpful, but seemed to be virtually working alone, while various staff members stood about, looking anywhere else but at a waiting customer, while they ran their end of day time out. Eventually, after asking, she got some help. The price for the parts was excellent. P.S. Your questions are largely based on the delivery service, let me reiterate, this service was not offered

Part was late due to Parcel Force but delivered after second attempt. When Telephoning Customer support no one answers, had to email and wait for a response which they did within 24hrs

the part i ordered was not in stock even though it said it was when i resered it, ihad to make two visits to get part.

Order haskets for my Mercedes and delivered promptly. When I looked at the delivery I found only one gasket not the 5 as displayed on the website. Contacted GSF and they appolgised that the image was incorrect and they didnt stock the other gaskets so had to go direct to Mercedes for the parts. Quick refund though. Will try again and hope for better.

Regrettably the order was not ready on arrival at Heathrow branch and probably took 20 minutes to assemble. The silencer box ordered was damaged and therefore declined.

I ordered a fuel filter based on my registration number, alas it doesn't have a replaceable filter, as it's built into the fuel tank!

Wrong brake pads were given and caused me incovenience and more cost to pay to mechanic. The staff at the counter was a bit rude when I came to return the parts or Shall I say not friendly

Good products, however was supposed to be click and collect, when i went to collect a day later, they still went and picked the parts from the storeroom!

Picked my order, had to go back the following day wiper blade missing. Oil filter for my mini didnt fit correctly, couldn't take it back, covered in oil.

One of the parts was wrong. I gave the reg and checked it came up with the right car. But the part was different. To return it is have to drive all the way there.....

Easy to order most of order came but missed one item but was easy to arrange the missing item to be sent and arrived on time.
