“the part i ordered was not in stock even though it said it was when i resered it, ihad to make two visits to get part.”

“Order haskets for my Mercedes and delivered promptly. When I looked at the delivery I found only one gasket not the 5 as displayed on the website. Contacted GSF and they appolgised that the image was incorrect and they didnt stock the other gaskets so had to go direct to Mercedes for the parts. Quick refund though. Will try again and hope for better.”

“Regrettably the order was not ready on arrival at Heathrow branch and probably took 20 minutes to assemble. The silencer box ordered was damaged and therefore declined.”

“Wrong brake pads were given and caused me incovenience and more cost to pay to mechanic. The staff at the counter was a bit rude when I came to return the parts or Shall I say not friendly”

“Picked my order, had to go back the following day wiper blade missing. Oil filter for my mini didnt fit correctly, couldn't take it back, covered in oil.”

“One of the parts was wrong. I gave the reg and checked it came up with the right car. But the part was different. To return it is have to drive all the way there.....”

“Eventually got the parts I needed after reserving stock and going to collect only to be short of one of the most important items on the order then having to order it when there was meant to be stock delayed the job by 3 days”

“Great selection of parts. But the website can be a pain at times. I've gone on looking for parts I've had off you jn the past. But you say there is no item matching what I've asked for. Eventually after wording it about 20 different ways it finally pops up.”

“When placing the ref in the search box , would it not be worth actually showing the correct parts , you have the information because if you ring you can tell us the correct parts ! May as well not have the reg search on there at all”

“I ordered parts online which is fine and easy but the lack of knowledge from the staff when asking for a simple banjo bolt is shocking. Basic mechnical knowledge surely should be necessary when working on the counter?”
