Online order was straight forward. Went to collect the items from GSF Car Parts Heathrow. The Indian male staff member served me was very polite with good customer service. He was professional and deserves 10/10. However there was another white male staff member who was rude to all his customers. Instead of saying next please he said 'come on then'. His face was grumpy as if he didn't want to be there. He was sarcastic to one male customer who didn't understand the returns policy, he was giving him alot of attitude. The customer was swearing in his sentences which doesn't make it right but had the customer been given time to explain the returns procedure correctly and calmly he would not got upset, especially to get called to his desk to say come on then. 1st time to purchase from this store and the experience was terrible to witness that staff members attitude.

Had to order on line after arrival at store and wait in car for order to process, despite finding product on shelf. Product and price fine. Bizarre customer service experience then loads of marketing emails despite selecting no.

Chose à part accordingly on line with reg number, part didn't fit. Ask for an upgrade for the same price as there was other part listed. Seller refused to upgrade for extra £2! Seller was a bit funny and didn't believe part wouldn't fit my car!!!

Only 2 people in front of me when collecting but took over 25 minutes from arriving due to only 1 person serving and one customer changing their order.

Ordered new part based on registration number and store manager said was correct part but wasn’t so lost a days work and when getting correct replacement said on invoice part changed due to customer ordering wrong part.

It took 2 days to despatch order which was disappointing, and wasn't delivered until the following Wednesday really think you should use some other delivery company as it was at thier delivery depot for 2 days.

I ordered 2 parts left hand and right hand because the computer said they were in stock When I arrived to collect only one was in stock so I had to make an extra journey to get the other one and wait in a queue which was a pain and caused me to postpone my MOT The member of staff I dealt with was helpful and apology was accepted , hopefully you will do better next time

I used to use the Kettering branch before it closed but now had to use the Northampton branch, where unfortunately I found the customer service to be very arrogant and rude, I would suggest the staff where to be trained to be more welcoming and polite to there customers trade or public. I also found it almost impossible to park as they had there vehicles all over the place half of them looked to be just dumped wherever. Overall not the best experience I have had with this company.

Good price on brake callipers, less so on brake pad wear sensor! Parts were ordered in for same day delivery and a time provided. I got to GSF on time but parts were not there. I asked for a call to be made to the driver - “arriving in 30 mins!” Parts arrived but staff member was very casual (slow) to serve me, doing lots of visible and unnecessary stuff like moving boxes around whilst customers were queuing in-store! Note, only one member of staff serving, others were milling about but not serving. Overall a somewhat frustrating experience. For small effort could be much better.

Generally very good, just a shame alternative sizes of parts aren't obvious , or that the car reg doesn't flag up the correct type ( surely In this day and age it's logged as to what engine and brakes are fitted so why give the option of different. As a result got the wrong brake shoes and oil filter.

Purchased a replacement sensor for my vehicle. Part did not come with a replacement o-ring or fastening clip as an equivelant part from a competetor. Part was also more expensive than said competetor.
