“It is a shame that the only way that I could get the discount was online, although I collected the parts from the same outlet , that I had originally contacted. No delivery service because they were bought online, I would have willingly paid a delivery charge,but that was not offered. when I came to collect the parts, I had to wait, as they had not been identified or picked. The young lady was very helpful, but seemed to be virtually working alone, while various staff members stood about, looking anywhere else but at a waiting customer, while they ran their end of day time out. Eventually, after asking, she got some help. The price for the parts was excellent. P.S. Your questions are largely based on the delivery service, let me reiterate, this service was not offered”

“Part was late due to Parcel Force but delivered after second attempt. When Telephoning Customer support no one answers, had to email and wait for a response which they did within 24hrs”

“Order haskets for my Mercedes and delivered promptly. When I looked at the delivery I found only one gasket not the 5 as displayed on the website. Contacted GSF and they appolgised that the image was incorrect and they didnt stock the other gaskets so had to go direct to Mercedes for the parts. Quick refund though. Will try again and hope for better.”

“Regrettably the order was not ready on arrival at Heathrow branch and probably took 20 minutes to assemble. The silencer box ordered was damaged and therefore declined.”

“Wrong brake pads were given and caused me incovenience and more cost to pay to mechanic. The staff at the counter was a bit rude when I came to return the parts or Shall I say not friendly”

“Great selection of parts. But the website can be a pain at times. I've gone on looking for parts I've had off you jn the past. But you say there is no item matching what I've asked for. Eventually after wording it about 20 different ways it finally pops up.”

“When placing the ref in the search box , would it not be worth actually showing the correct parts , you have the information because if you ring you can tell us the correct parts ! May as well not have the reg search on there at all”
