Okay for some parts but can have difficulty with finding other parts as they don't stock or supply a lot of parts for some cars.

Seems a good service, am still waiting to hear back about a wrong part I ordered and awaiting a refund as I’ve sent it back but had no reply since last week

Supplied me with the wrong front brake pads, so had to go back and change them a bit irritating. Pads were OK when fitted at a good price.

The process of reserving and collecting the part was really straightforward. Unfortunately, the part was faulty. Although I was eventually able to return the part and access a refund, the information given to me by phone was not very helpful and turned out to be incorrect. Nevertheless, we got there in the end, and really nice man at the branch sorted everything out, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience, which I appreciated

Part was fantastic but went to collect and had to wait 5 mins as assistants were on the phones. Not ideal

Very good prices and they had all the parts in stock but service was very slow, 20 minutes waiting outside in the rain! OK the outside in the rain bit was due to covid restrictions but 20 minute wait? There were only half a dozen customers, surely GSF can do better?

the wrong battery had to send it back nobody's fault two types to fit a mini a 50 / 50 chance of getting it right,

Bought some parts online. Had to wait in shop for 5 odd minutes for guy to go collect off shelves. Could've saved my time and walked in... 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately the part advised by your website did not fit my model despite using reg number and reading the description. I think more efforct could be put into making sure customers order correct parts. On the other hand return and refund process was easy and fast so I am neither happy nor dissapointed.

Finding and ordering correct for click and collect was easy as it possible could be. However I didn’t appreciate standing in the rain for 40 mins in a queue of only 3 people in front of me to collect my part. I think only one person allowed in the big collection office is a little bit excessive considering no staff members where wearing ppe whilst serving customers. Your staff could do with a hurry up also... serving customers very slowly. Will probably take my custom elsewhere next time

Parts purchased for VW Golf SV 2014- Each Wiper had to be purchased individually. This worked out more expensive than purchasing from the competition whom sell them as a set. I hope my loyalty will be rewarded...but I think not.

I have shopped with GSF for a number of years now, sadly they closed the shop in Bedford so mail order is the only sensible option now. I can never understand the logic of the pricing as naturally I only purchase when 60% off offers are running which actually means the pricing is then competitive with other motor factors. Batteries especially are astronomically priced when not on offer. Telephone answering service is abysmal and online chat barely exists but there we are - I suppose Covid is the excuse as used by most companies these days.

Wrong parts sent had to go go to shop direct to buy the correct parts and return the wrong. Awaiting refund on the sent items.

I ordered a 28 inch Denso wiper 60% off, but the physical item in stock, same part number, is a Bosch flat blade, which at £19 is more expensive than Halford at £17 shop price. False sense of savings.
