Finding and ordering correct for click and collect was easy as it possible could be. However I didn’t appreciate standing in the rain for 40 mins in a queue of only 3 people in front of me to collect my part. I think only one person allowed in the big collection office is a little bit excessive considering no staff members where wearing ppe whilst serving customers. Your staff could do with a hurry up also... serving customers very slowly. Will probably take my custom elsewhere next time

Ordered air oil and fuel filter fuel filter was wrong I suppose this is what happens when you order online

I was looking to buy engine oil and it's a very poor choice,and not only for the oil...Will be great to see new brands on your shop and choice when browsing

Parts purchased for VW Golf SV 2014- Each Wiper had to be purchased individually. This worked out more expensive than purchasing from the competition whom sell them as a set. I hope my loyalty will be rewarded...but I think not.

I have shopped with GSF for a number of years now, sadly they closed the shop in Bedford so mail order is the only sensible option now. I can never understand the logic of the pricing as naturally I only purchase when 60% off offers are running which actually means the pricing is then competitive with other motor factors. Batteries especially are astronomically priced when not on offer. Telephone answering service is abysmal and online chat barely exists but there we are - I suppose Covid is the excuse as used by most companies these days.

Wrong parts sent had to go go to shop direct to buy the correct parts and return the wrong. Awaiting refund on the sent items.

I ordered a 28 inch Denso wiper 60% off, but the physical item in stock, same part number, is a Bosch flat blade, which at £19 is more expensive than Halford at £17 shop price. False sense of savings.

Fast service however the sent me the correct rear blades but incorrect front wipers. I had to go in store to correct it. Where I spent £30 online with the 60% discount I paid over £70 in store. I didn’t want to the headache of waiting again and having to pay extra for postal and package plus the cost to return for only having to do it again.

With regular 60% discount the prices are usually very competitive. The website is not easy to navigate or search. Delivery times are very variable but we are all far too used to Amazon Prime!

Ordered 6 spark plugs. On delivery the package was partially destroyed and only 5 spark plugs remained (ParcelForce's fault, not GSF's). So I rejected the delivery. GSF were advised of this by myself, and by ParcelForce. Cue a few emails from GSF explaining they were sorting it out. Then a few days later, a single spark plug arrived! Explained the problem to GSF who apologised and promised to send the remaining 5. Then without any other communication, I was fully refunded!!! Then a few days later, the remaining 5 spark plugs arrived. TL;DR - they're a good bunch, just lacking in communication skills.

Very good product at a very good price. Unfortunately I paid extra to have a fast delivery the day before a bank holiday. Instead of 1 day it took 5 days.

I ordered a new battery for my car online on 28/3/21 the order said the item would be delivered in 2-3 working days. I then had a email stating that it would be delivered before midday on 31/3/21. It did not arrive. After spending a couple of hours on the phone to the delivery company UPS I eventually managed to speak the someone who said it was not coming until 6/4/21. I explained that this was totally unacceptable and after stating I wished to make a complaint the operator said she would have it delivered on 1/4/21 . It eventually arrived at about 17.30 hours that day. The operator I spoke to blamed the delay on GSF for not stating the correct size or weight for the item. When the battery did arrive it was as described, well packed, a good product and I would say a fair price.
