I like using GSF but why don’t you just reduce everything by 60% instead of having 60% off deals all year round. I don’t buy from GSF because of the prices I buy because of the quality

Easy to use website (although not very accurate, see next paragraph), good prices and fast well packaged delivery. So surely 5*. GSF along with most other online battery suppliers, have inaccurate automated battery match software for a Ford Focus 2015 - 2018. I had seen the Yussa battery advertised on several different online sites, along with the Bosch, Varta, Excide and several other not so well known brands. The size specs are pretty much all the same as specified as a match for the OEM for a Ford Focus Mk3. However the OEM (Varta produced) battery on the Ford focus Mk3, has a slot on the top centre of the battery for the battery fastening clamp/bracket. None of the batteries, as far as I can see, advertised by GSF have the slot/cut out. As they are all the same height as the OEM battery it means they are around 2cm to high to be able to fasten the securing clamp/bracket. You just cannot reach the bolts with the nut, I had to get a plate made. So GSF, when advertising batteries for vehicles such as the Ford Focus mk3 (including ST and RS models) you should indicate that the clamp will not fit. You could even offer a clamp/bracket that does fit at an addition cost. I am sure many like myself would have purchased both rather than have to go through the pain of finding a engineering company to make me a one off clamp/bracket.

I gave my registration number but was told the battery I wanted would not suit. I eventually managed to make contact but was still told it wouldn't fit, so I gambled on getting it sent here (with a store to return it to if necessary not too far away) and luckily it fitted no problem. I felt the staff did try their best to help me but it wasn't possible to get hold of any one on the phone. However emails were replied to but rather late in the day. Good price, good delivery.

Ordered some brake pads online and received the wrong ones as the box was incorrectly labelled. Was a painful process trying to get hold of GSF as the telephone number was constantly not available. You have to email and use the contact form and explain everything and then it finally was resolved with a lot of emails to and from gsf. I would suggest collect from store and buy in store as the online shop is impossible to get hold off if you have a problem.

Battery arrived on its side despite being marked this way up. Acid on bag inside box. Next working day delivery arrived Tuesday pm ordered Saturday.

Used to be much better. Prices now are only competitive if you buy when there is a 60% discount offer. Most recent order was for engine oil and only one oil manufacturer was shown. It wasn't a brand I knew and would have preferred to buy a recognised brand.

Parts were as good a quality as I would expect from the brand's I ordered. The online system worked well and was convenient as I'd hoped. Unfortunately the staff in store were rude and abrupt, they made me feel like I was interrupting them. I was massively disappointed.

Parts are good value however disappointed that my delivery was delivered directly to my house from over 100 miles away when I have 3 local outlets with 10 miles. Not what I would call sustainable. Also took longer than expected.

Was waiting for delivery of gearbox oil was never informed of its arrival !! Several of your staff were going to inform when it was in stock , checked on line myself and have now received order. Not the best of CUSTOMER SERVICE . Am shortly going to order service parts perhaps you make a goodwill on my order ???????

Responded to an email very quickly which was good - what wasn't so good was supply of incorrect parts, despite entering correct Registration Number when ordering (brake discs for 1.4 Tdi 2016 Fabia Estate). Perhaps a better computers system to prevent this happening? No point in giving correct registration if incorrect parts then supplied.

Found that items can be different prices if you search via your reg it's X but if once you know the part number you search again it's a different price. Was about £15 difference. I bought an injector for collection in store. Good covid secure pick up point and staff were quick with the order. Part unfortunately came in a gsf bag not in an original sealed box or whatever so unsure of the part if it was damaged or defective or if it usually comes off the shelf without packing or its part of a multi pack. Regardless it was the right part and it worked but could have been a bit better especially with returns info i.e. if it didn't work as intended what you are to do. Some electronic parts you can't return (from experience) if you open the bag but to see the product you would have to open the bag to check part number etc

Gave my car registration and didn't get the right rear brake discs. Now I'm stuck with them.
