Ordering process was relatively good. The unavailability of many components was very frustrating! The most criticism must go to the total lack of communication via telephone or on line chat.. I needed to confirm part numbers and a technical issue which was not possible. The recorded telephone message was blatantly blunt and inconsiderate. The on-line chat was not working, with nothing to indicate that. TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. We all appreciate in these difficult times it is necessary to restrict certain elements, however this is ridiculous. That is unless Covid-19 can be infectious down a telephone line. You need to review and improve this area. Are the following questions satirical?

All good apart from oil filter was wrong went to swap it and it cost me extra £9.00 so price went up which I worked out was higher than other motorfactors

when coming to fit ball joints found one box opened and bolts and plastic shim missing had to reuse old parts.

Sorry to report but the rear brake discs for our freelander 2 do not fit. We were visiting Bristol and were advised to use GSF we live 130 miles away in Aberystwyth so returning them was not an option. The inside diameter of the back plate land is 5mm larger than the original ones as such they bind with the back plate solid and do not rotate. Service from GSF was very good, finding the shop was ok web site using our registration number worked, Bendix is an old and trusted name as a retired motor mechanic all my working life I have used Bendix many times in the past. Overall quality is very good.

Clio 1.5dci. Wrong spring, sent and wrong wheel bearing. Need to change them. Reg number entered and correct vehicle showed, so don’t know where they got the part numbers from.

I arrived, door was locked and it was raining. Took a few mins for a guy to appear. Took another 5 mins to be let in as my order that I was told was ready wasn't. Very slow in general wasn't impressed.

OK parts but they substituted brands because they weren't in stock, I'm sure they gave me cheaper parts at the price of the more expensive ones. I'll use euro car parts from now on

My parcel arrived within the 3-5 working days, which was good but when I picked up the parcel it felt light. I opened it and found an invoice and that was it. Got in contact with gsfcarparts and they wanted photo proof. So sent that and they offered me a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement which they said they'd do.

Ordered Motorcycle battery I found home delivery with this company a bit long winded so if you want it yesterday I suggest click & collect next day, did call local GSF shop to no avail, they have no connection with home delivery, All numbers I called didn't get any positive answers as to when it would arrive. eventually arrived a week later then another day to charge. For the sake of a couple more pounds I could have purchased locally and had it in 30 minutes. It's a no brainer. This company need a tracking system and more communication with the buyer.

Parts came quick but wrong Brake pads . First time for me Changing brake pads on this car . Put the Reg in computer . But bottled it at last minute , no brake fluid also . so I took it to the garage, good job I did because it was the wrong part and it would’ve taken me ages to figure out probably. how to get a refund is the next question..

Esay to order online, when I asked the staff (man) if he chould check if it's the right one for my car, he said you ordered it so he dont know, this was not helpful at tall so I will not be using them again, also if asked I will be telling people that I was not happy with the service. One man let you down.

Could not fault the use of the website and identifying parts required. Easy payments system and would use again. How ever very disappointed when carrying out the job 4 parts was missing and replaced with a random oil filter. With GSF near by had to buy the missing parts again.

I gave the cars details and made an order of air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter , and oil filter , the air filter was the wrong one and when i rang up i was told it was my fault as there are 3 types for my car , sorry dont believe that , so i told the person on the phone i will put the filter in the bin and i will never use this company again , not happy frank

Parts (2 Drive Shafts) took the full 4 days to arrive. They arrived in a box that had been previously opened most likely returned stock. Both shafts looked ok but one had the 32mm nut missing, As they have not been fitted yet (waiting for the garage to fit) I do not know if they are the correct ones or not or if they are the ones listed on the packaging. Will update when fitted.
