“Good prices and straightforward pick up from my local branch. The ordering process could be improved - I found some parts weren't available for home delivery which took my delivery total below the minimum spend for free delivery.”

“Staff 100% Web site 100% Sadly the part was wrong the hole was 12mm not 14 so useless but help full staff took the edge off and made it an ok experience”

“Part was dispatched and delivered very quickly so good start .The box that the part was delivered in was damaged. I assumed this was due to the courier. However upon opening the damaged box to check the part was not damaged I found the box inside was also in a poor state and looks like it's been kicking about the Wearhouse for years. The part has not been fitted yet so hope it hasn't been damaged. This is my first GSF online order and not the greatest experience.”

“Paid for next day delivery and item never turned up. So dont waste your time with express delivery. Just go for the free option as that is alot faster as in time and you save alot of money.”

“Long wait to get parts, then they didn't have the brake fluid I wanted. got home then turns out they gave me the wrong parts. went back and had another long wait then finally got the correct parts.”

“Ok service - lacked tracking information which always helps. Packing wasn’t the best - two heavy brake discs chucked into a singled walled box which zero packaging. Surprised it made the journey. Slight chip on one disc.”

“Ordered a pump for my car. It arrived in about 4 days but sadly was damaged. I called to get his replaced and it was resent to me and arrived in 2 days. Overall service good and item arrived on time and so I’d use again for sure.”
