Ordered 5 bolts for car wheels. Took seven days to arrive which is silly really Parts were ok quality though

Bought pads and disc and sent disc wrong. Have run around when garage removed disc and realised it is wrong one.

Cannot understand why when I enter as the last person leaves I have to wait over 3-4 minutes for a assistant to appear. Both times I have been in this week it is the same wait . Cv6 branch

Was disappointed when i was handed wrong item number. Then told correct one not in stock. They did arrange for right part to be delivered to shop same day. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

unfortunately the filter did not fit was to long only by an 1/8 -1/4 of an inch co the top would not clip down so i had to trim the plastic down to achieve a fit and seal (as 40 years a mechanic on racing motorcycles was no big deal) but a bit annoying as if you copy a part its just as easy to get right sizes as get wrong and waste material, please be aware these dont fit and let your supplier manufacture know to rectify, but your service was 1st class sorry only 3 stars on product however 5 stars on service

Attempted to c&c a part showing in stock. Twice supplied a different/wrong part. Had to look elsewhere. Stock issue not staff.

Only 3 stars as when I got home with all the service items purchased a seal was missing from the fuel filter. This resulted in a return trip to the store for a replacement, a journey of 35 miles taking another 80 minutes out of my day.

Items came very quickly but now i dont need them, the returns policy is a hassle as i will have to pay return postage ehich wont be cheap. My fault for not checking this prior to ordering. Best to click qnd collect and NOT get home delivery incase you require a return

Due to problems with your computerised system it has made puschasing difficult due to paying by card and getting back refunds otherwise all is good

Ordering process was relatively good. The unavailability of many components was very frustrating! The most criticism must go to the total lack of communication via telephone or on line chat.. I needed to confirm part numbers and a technical issue which was not possible. The recorded telephone message was blatantly blunt and inconsiderate. The on-line chat was not working, with nothing to indicate that. TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. We all appreciate in these difficult times it is necessary to restrict certain elements, however this is ridiculous. That is unless Covid-19 can be infectious down a telephone line. You need to review and improve this area. Are the following questions satirical?

All good apart from oil filter was wrong went to swap it and it cost me extra £9.00 so price went up which I worked out was higher than other motorfactors

when coming to fit ball joints found one box opened and bolts and plastic shim missing had to reuse old parts.

Sorry to report but the rear brake discs for our freelander 2 do not fit. We were visiting Bristol and were advised to use GSF we live 130 miles away in Aberystwyth so returning them was not an option. The inside diameter of the back plate land is 5mm larger than the original ones as such they bind with the back plate solid and do not rotate. Service from GSF was very good, finding the shop was ok web site using our registration number worked, Bendix is an old and trusted name as a retired motor mechanic all my working life I have used Bendix many times in the past. Overall quality is very good.

Clio 1.5dci. Wrong spring, sent and wrong wheel bearing. Need to change them. Reg number entered and correct vehicle showed, so don’t know where they got the part numbers from.
