“I have no problem with GSF car parts. However, the Bendix front brake discs I purchased from them had smaller diameter holes for the wheel bolts such that the wheels could not be fitted. The new discs had to be removed and the holes made bigger (as per the original discs). This was an unnecessary pain! Perhaps GSF should review supplying Bendix parts?”

“Great service and products, but the part I ordered (which I was advised would fit my car) was not the correct part. I ordered a timing belt for a z19dth engine, and revived a 6tooth belt instead of a 12”

“Please stop using parcel force, they're rubbish. They only make one delivery attempt and then dump it at a local post office which for me happened to be in town with no parking so I had to carry the heavy boxes with a bad back.”

“Disappointed on two counts, firstly the pad locating springs shown on the listing photo were not included in the brake pad kit. Secondly the caliper locating bolts supplied were the wrong thread pitch, luckily I realised before any damage was caused. Leamington branch service very good”

“The que at the location was short, but the wait time was extremely long. There are only two people serving so took that much longer, The desk needs to be broken up into 4 separate cubicles with peepers glass so more people could get served , And the the entrance and exit should have separate side , like a clear glass in the middle , for people to enter or exit , that way become more stream line”

“Checked parts was available at there Swindon branch which it was - thinking that they would deliver from there as they have vans which deliver to local garages -ie some time that day ? But the parts was posted to me having to wait 3 days for the parts -had I have known would have used click and collect instead”

“I googled "Vauxhall Zafira Battery" and an ad for one of their batteries came up. I clicked it and purchased it assuming that only the relevant battery would be advertised on google. 2 months of using this battery, it stops working, turns out, its the wrong battery. I ask for a refund and they deny that. I am forced to purchase another battery so I'm not happy with how they dealt with my situation. I think they should be responsible for what comes up on their google ads. If you end up purchasing an incorrect item, dont expect a refund.”

“Took 3 days just for item to be dispatched. When the belt arrived it had been packed and folded so it wasn't in shape. Took ages to try and mold it onto the car. Better off click and collecting with this firm.”
