Order placed online, delivered and was sent the wrong cabin filter. Tried to contact, sent message on system, no response. Called my nearest GSF branch and told me they would change it if I got there by 12.00 Saturday as they close, managed to get there and had to cue outside and wait my turn. Not impressed at all.

Bought some shims and a pair of bolts were supposed to come, only 1 turned up. Spoke to customer service and they said they would send the other one out. The package turned up and they sent another shim, not bolt! Complained again to customer service and they said they would turn up the next day which they didn't!

Part arrived very quick during this difficult time, but unfortunately it was the wrong part, called Birmingham office and the guy apologised and was informed to send back for full refund ,can't ask anymore than that

The battery supplied was stated as the correct battery for a 2003 Mazda MX5 1.8 it did not have the correct breather holes and was also too high but after unpacking and cleaning it down owing to the fact that some one had laid it on its side as it was covered acid and I had thrown the plastic bag away I managed to modify the clamp and the breather holes to fit.

I ordered a part for collection, I was told to wait for a call to confirm collection (given the Covid situation) I called multiple times after 3 days and was transferred back and forth between 2 people who couldn’t help. Eventually I ordered for delivery and it arrived in 2 days which was great.

Service was good although had lots of issues ordering on your website (basically could not complete order by credit card or Paypal). Part arrived quickly which is a plus. I would suggest that you offer a review of the product ordered. These reviews give customers an insight into the product, what’s good about it and what advice they would give about fitment. Eg part I ordered fitted but needed modification (electrics) and I had to source some 10mm nuts as Philips screws used on original part no longer used. Wouldn’t stop me from advising using the part but I would have been warned prior to purchase.

It was my first experience with your company I was a bit disappointed with the delivery as it took a week for my order to arrive instead of 3/4 days i hope that you can work on your delivery time if you can improve it. Best wishes A N

Speedy delivery but this is the second time incorrect part has been sent. Invoice is correct but wrong item packed.,Pickers need to take more notice to what they are sending

I recently ordered a fuel filter but unfortunately it does not fit on my BMW. I have tried to contact GSF but unfortunately cannot return due to my local store being close until further notice.

The part I needed came a bit quicker than expected. Bare part though, not a kit. Cheaper than most places but on the website there wasn't enough cross reference and compatibility information.

volvo cam belt in perfect condition and sealed in new box. rover cam belt in a torn box taped together, both box & belt had oil marks on them clearly some one had tried to fit it to wrong vehicle, then sent it back not ideal.

Battery arrived very quickly, which was excellent. But badly packed. battery handle was up and there was no packaging on top of the battery. Also some liquid around as if it had not been stored the right way up.

Tried to click and collect from Banbury branch and believe item out of stock but messaging very unclear. Ordered for delivery which was very efficient. Also reserved damper oil which I then didn't require as new dampers for my Morris minor came filled. Tried to cancel but no means of doing so. Got a call from store which could have been avoided.
