“volvo cam belt in perfect condition and sealed in new box. rover cam belt in a torn box taped together, both box & belt had oil marks on them clearly some one had tried to fit it to wrong vehicle, then sent it back not ideal.”

Also reserved damper oil which I then didn't require as new dampers for my Morris minor came filled. Tried to cancel but no means of doing so. Got a call from store which could have been avoided.”

“Exhaust for Citroen C1:- Took a chance and ordered a PREMIUM no name exhaust from GSF. It is so difficult finding a decent exhaust these days. This one had welding splatter on the flange joint and wouldnt seal properly.So I wasnt overjoyed at having to re-jig on the bench. The exhaust manufacturer was by the way ASA and judging by the welding the PREMIUM is a bit hit and miss so inspect before you buy.”

“Delivered quickly and a good price. Let down by being put in a large box with no soft packing. Assembly obviously banged around enough to punch holes and therefore lose some small parts. Luckily I could use the old ones so not too much of an issue this time.”

“I found the part I required online. I called the store to check stock etc and was told it probably wasn’t that part I needed, wrong advice. I ordered the part from another dealer and it worked fine. I then needed another part so checked the stock and price online. I arrived in store to find out that the price was more in store. I ordered the part for click and collect and had to wait around for 30 minutes for the order to come through so I could have the part at that price. Availability of parts is good and the price is competitive. The staff were helpful but customer service protocols need looking at.”

“Always used GSF, however this time the wrong item was sent. Requested delivery before 12pm and arrived after 3.30pm. Spoke to a rep at online chat who has offered a full refund inc postage so all okay in the end. Just a little disappointed as very out of character.”
