After giving my registration , i needed bulbs and wiper blades both were wrong i managed to adapt the blades , but i had to return the bulbs

Wrong party delivered, even though I used number plate and correct car. Went to actual shop and managed to get the correct part by speaking to human. Now awaiting some communications from online store regarding refund. The physical shop was much better experience than the online one.

The part quoted and supplied was not the correct part and the on line web contact could not supply the correct part number. Very disappointing as reg number supplied. I had to return part and purchase the correct part via the web.

Fair prices with the online discounts. But is ridiculous that the same prices cannot be matched in store. Everything must be ordered beforehand and collected an hour later for the best price. Why not have the same discount codes available over the counter? Normally have no problems with fitting and quality of parts, so long as the best quality is ordered. Although I had one issue with some front disc brakes which were too small diameter ID and would not fit over the hub. Although the local GSF did refund me, they could not supply the correct discs and I hade to travel 20 miles to collect them from another branch. This would have been avoided if the registration breakdown was better as online and in store the incorrect discs were listed. Turns out my vehicle was the later chassis and had the larger hubs. Nothing on the registration breakdown highlighted this! This should have been made more clear as competitors did have this breakdown correct!

Bought DriveTec front and rear discs and pads plus handbrake shoes. All fitted OK but getting an annoying squeal at low speed braking. Took car back to workshop that fitted items who checked over and suggested it related to using the budget quality pads. i have spoken to the local GSF branch who have offered to exchange the pads under warranty for a better make but this will cost me more in labour costs at the garage.

Order a Battery for collection. Said would take 1 hour, but was ready when I collected after 40 minutes. Keep getting emails now saying the order is ready for collection, and finally today got one to say the order is now cancelled. So Great service, good price, awful system - Acceptable

Parts are at decent price would be better if free delivery was over £15 and if items could be collected from local store they no option for that at times

Parts ready on time and correct, but the e mails telling me I haven’t collected the parts are becoming tedious. They were collected nearly 2 weeks ago, but still the e mails keep coming.

The service received from the staff is always excellent. At times they get busy and it can be a a bit of a wait. The reason why I've give them only 3 stars is the parking situation at the Nottingham site. It's awful, over the last few months and getting worse. The Audi/VW garage adjacent to them takes up all the available space in the miniature car park of 2-3 other businesses also. I can't park any more (20 min max) in the petrol station next door any more as there is now a penalty sign there. Basically there is absolutely no where to park coming off the main road outside. That's going to affect all customers, as either you will have to park in the retail park down the road and walk the 5 mins to get there or you'll have to shop at their competitor that has plenty of free parking always (Euro Car Parts), I'd hate to the the latter. Come on GSF management assert some authority and get you parking spaces back for YOUR customers - that keep you in business.

Gsf need to get a grip of the supposedly two different company’s they run. I can get parts way cheaper than what my local garage gets trade price and it causes disagreements unnecessarily. The local Daventry branch say head office ignores complaints about this issue. Euro car parts is cheaper still and with free delivery I will be focusing my orders more at them.

Well I don't know why they done away with all the counter assistants just one now two would of been plenty cost and cut backs but if customers are stood waiting I don't think they will come back or think twice about USEING that service again

Whereas once a preferred supplier of parts I even recommended to others, I now try to avoid using GSF as much as possible, having had a particularly poor experience with an alternator in the past, however, sometimes needs must

Fair to good Parking difficult waiting to be served 1 person serving My order had choices but my presented item was incorrect had to return at my cost and time Normally more expensive than local competitors Overall no great could be better
