Easy to find products not a bad price on most items.. However after paying for my item and paying for next day delivery.. The money went straight out of my account and I received a confirmation email with my completed reference/order number... The item turn up 4 days late Had various emails from you saying that my item was still in the basket and it hasn’t been completed.. I had to send you copy’s if these emails to proof to you that the item was paid for.. I haven’t received a penny back from the postage, also I haven’t bothered to ask as just getting my order from you was hard enough.. You’ve lost a customer...

The sales guy looked at me as if I had 2 heads when I said I had a vlivk and collect online order. Another sales guy had to explain to him how to retrieve my order etc . Not impressed

I bought some cheap wiper blades as I didn't want to spend twice the money on Bosch ones. The box was damaged on arrival - I guess this is not GSF problem, more the couriers - the wipers were not damaged. Disappointingly, despite the listing saying they were for my car, they arrived with the adaptors to fit a range of wiper arms, these are not specific to my car. In the end, I will keep these as emergency spares, and went out and bought a proper set of Bosch ones that fitted perfectly and work very well. If the shipping cost was not so high, I would have bought the Bosch ones from GSF, but in the end, had them cheaper from my local car parts shop.

Ordered on-line. Had emil to say part was ready to collect. Arrived at the store and waited almost 20 minutes for the part to be found. Good quality part when fitted but surely on-line orders could be sorted better.

I recently ordered a belt and waterpump kit for my VW CC - I connected to an agent on the chat bot and asked if the impellor on the pump was metal - I was informed it was. But when we went to fit this we discovered the impellor was actually plastic. Besides that the service was good .

Ordered by click and collect: air filter, oil filter, & anti- roll bar bushes. Not all were in stock in Kingston (close to me) but were shown by the website to be at Heathrow. So arranged to pick up from Heathrow, but when I got there the bushes were actually not in stock. Rather irritating as I needed them, so ordered them off e-bay instead and got them much cheaper within a couple of days. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Online ordering was so easy, was not impressed when collecting my order from the Northampton Depot. Customer Service Assistant was talking on his personal mobile phone on loudspeaker in a different language. Did not seem to pay much attention to what he was doing. Asked him whether her could hold the door open, as my order was slightly heavy. But he refused and said ‘just push it’.

Every time I purchase things online click and collect I go to my branch in Wolverhampton then 3days later I receive email saying my item as been cancelled the branch are not updating there system.this is bad management the the brach

They had the part I needed which I couldn’t get any else in my town. Click and collect was so easy to use. Unfortunately the staff at the basingstoke branch were miserable, unwelcoming. They didn’t even speak to me. Customer service courses are definitely required.

After giving my registration , i needed bulbs and wiper blades both were wrong i managed to adapt the blades , but i had to return the bulbs

Wrong party delivered, even though I used number plate and correct car. Went to actual shop and managed to get the correct part by speaking to human. Now awaiting some communications from online store regarding refund. The physical shop was much better experience than the online one.

The part quoted and supplied was not the correct part and the on line web contact could not supply the correct part number. Very disappointing as reg number supplied. I had to return part and purchase the correct part via the web.

Fair prices with the online discounts. But is ridiculous that the same prices cannot be matched in store. Everything must be ordered beforehand and collected an hour later for the best price. Why not have the same discount codes available over the counter? Normally have no problems with fitting and quality of parts, so long as the best quality is ordered. Although I had one issue with some front disc brakes which were too small diameter ID and would not fit over the hub. Although the local GSF did refund me, they could not supply the correct discs and I hade to travel 20 miles to collect them from another branch. This would have been avoided if the registration breakdown was better as online and in store the incorrect discs were listed. Turns out my vehicle was the later chassis and had the larger hubs. Nothing on the registration breakdown highlighted this! This should have been made more clear as competitors did have this breakdown correct!

Bought DriveTec front and rear discs and pads plus handbrake shoes. All fitted OK but getting an annoying squeal at low speed braking. Took car back to workshop that fitted items who checked over and suggested it related to using the budget quality pads. i have spoken to the local GSF branch who have offered to exchange the pads under warranty for a better make but this will cost me more in labour costs at the garage.
