It would of been handy if your picker had picked the correct part. Only found out when the mechanic had the engine stripped and you were close. And me without a car.

The Highlands is classed as a island. which not true. Its connected to UK mainland. Charge p/p 14.95 extra. So I sent it to a friend in Yorkshire they posted it for £3.95 to me.

I ordered a battery using the reg number and GSF website however the battery was Not the correct physical size despite being listed as so on the website. I needed to complete a modification to allow figment as i was not in a position to return.

The latest 2 parts I have ordered, one arrived broken and the other was a replacement of a part I ordered from yourselves a few months ago that packed up. So not great from that side but all parts have been dealt with appropriately and it very quick time. I returned the parts yesterday to the store and should be expecting replacements either today or tomorrow which I cannot fault for not having them on the shelf of my local branch.

Took a while to get served and was ignored for quite a while. When I was served I received an apology and the service from there was excellent.

I ordered some ball joints and the send it with no screws. Retunt them and everything was quick.

HI, the part arrive but with missing bulb holder , was a headlight. No replacement on stock so refuse to buy the part.

Didn't have the Bosch discs I ordered in advance, had to take a set of cheaper Drivetech ones instead, branch staff were helpful but when I tried to get the price difference refunded to me through the website (since I reserved them there) I was just told they couldn't do it and to drive back to the store to sort it again. Not really worth half an hour round trip and the fuel, rather poor on the customer support side.

The click and collect service seems to work well. Their delivery service uses a company called XDP who leave cards with non working phone numbers. I had to wait a week for them to eventually deliver the parcel to a next door neighbour. There seems to be no way to instruct them where to leave parcels when you are out. I will not be using this delivery service again, but I would recommend their click and collect service from local branches.

Although the discount seems to be great, wow 60%, the online prices are massively inflated, and the accuracy of the parts for vehicle leave a lot to be desired, and are regularly incorrect, so you still need to phone to varify the correct parts for your vehicle.

Normally gets at least 1 part wrong. GSF kingston service is absolutely shocking, they dont care at all about providing a service

I was given a broken part displayed in a ratty old box with big red R letters on it presumably because it was a return item. The girl at the Banbury store thought she could get away with it and assured me that the parts was fine as she had checked it. She had coloured hair and a more or less permanent scowl presumably because she was considering where her life had gone so wrong. I think she was one of the most miserable people that have ever served me over a counter, that only fuelled the disdain I had for the whole experience. When I returned the chap gave me a full refund and apologised and was very polite but I was met with the familiar scowl of the woman that served me. I was offered a brand new replacement which was obviously on the shelf at the same time I got given the old tatty part to begin with which just annoyed me more. I only use ld GSF out of desperation and will not be going again unless I absolutely have to.

Bolts arrived next day as promised - terrific service. Only problem is they were the wrong ones - maybe it was me.

Online booking via iphone not good as delay loading pages, this led to order being duplicated, also long wait in store for no apparent reason, i was told by someone i could not see to wait then heard a lot of laughter before being served. Not the best customer service i have received.

Every time your website gives me the wrong pads, I ask at the desk and that always inform me they are correct. Yet again wrong pads, so have to come all the way back.

Can’t work out why you have to different prices? The price on veewee is different to the main site. Some parts are cheap on one site then next time it’s more expensive

Could not order engine oil on line kept saying out or stock but when went to pick things up the store had oil in stock
