I purchase item using on line code it took 10 mins for the paper work to be sent from your head office as done the code when I went there so was slow. Part from that was good service

For a click and collect order having to wait for it to be picked wen I got to the store was a pain and then to be told part of my order was not in stock! Will not use click and collect again will just go into branch.

The part supplied was not the right part so had to return. They were not then able to supply the right part.

I had a lot of problems trying to buy online but after about 5 attempts i succeeded That aside was easy to find what i wanted Good price Delivered fast Correct items If i could have ordered at 1st attempt Would have been 5 stars

ordered a car battery with free delivery. battery was fine but delivery experience not good at all. stayed in to ensure I was in when it came. was sat in my lounge all day and despite the doorbell not being rung or the door knocked a card suddenly appeared to say delivery had been attempted. The card was not very informative and had something written on it I didn't/ couldn't understand. ( turned out to be a retail outlet collection point) !!!!!! I rang the number on the card which was all automated so I couldn't speak to a person and thought I had arranged a re-delivery. I waited for 2 days, the tracking indicated it was waiting and marked for re-delivery. on the 3rd day my son sort of worked out the writing on the card was where it had to be collected!!! so he had to go and collect it for me which made the 'free' delivery a bit of a joke. All in all NOT a good experience !!

Having chosen the parts, I was surprised that they were not ready for me when I arrived. The reason given was reasonable. Apparently customers don't turn up when they have reserved products online. Simple solution is to give the option to pay online and make it clear that in not doing so, there will be a delay whilst the order is picked. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Ordering was very easy and the item was ready for collection at an estimated time. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the item ordered did not fit which was a little annoying, so I will have to return it.

I have put acceptable as I ordered over the Christmas time was told it would be in the shop on the 26th dec but shop was closed went there Saturday and part still not there they called Monday to let me no it was there but in the mean time I got email saying if I don’t pick it up it will be sent back not good

Very quick delivery, but when I used the online chat, the guy I spoke to was worse than useless. I had and issue at the checkout and he said " we don't deliver to the Isle of Man" I replied and said " I know plenty of people on the I Island have had parts. All I actually had to do, was opt to pay £19.95 delivery and it worked. I ordered at 10am and got parts next day, so maybe you could educate the on line chat people about this as he was very unhelpful with me. Apart from that, it was a very quick delivery. Ps the 3* is because of the online chat. Thanks Frank

Sent the wrong battery told we could take back to Lincoln depot and pay difference for the right one. (We live near Cleethorpes) Lincoln at first said we couldn’t leave it with them. We couldn’t pay difference had to buy another and get a refund on the wrong one from head office so still waiting for that

Ordered several parts(complete cat/lambda's/gaskets etc) on Sunday.Auto reply stated collection from Wed-morning.On Wednesday..none of items were available against order number.Local staff had to overnight all parts again.Never had any problems like this before at Heathrow. Luckily car running on temp-repair no not a massive issue..

Had to get a twin fan for my vw Touran but the online showed a twin fan for around £80 reserved it and arrived to collect but on the store system showed a single fan so had to cancel that order then had to place another reserved for the twin fan and correct parts numbers but had to pay £152 which was very upsetting to have to pay that much close to Christmas but It had to he done

Ordered parts online, turned up and they were wrong, telephoned Birmingham and the phone was answered by an unhelpful rude person, went to my local store in Cardiff who were very helpful, would never order online again and certainly wouldn't use Birmingham branch
