“I arrived to collect my order you could see through to the office and people were just talking to one another and some were on there phones once someone noticed I had been waiting for five minutes they come out and took payment and then went and got the product that I ordered”

“Overall my experience was just okay, I wasn't that keen on the way you purchased items, having to get a print out to get your discount seemed very gimmicky and time consuming, especially in my case as I was supplied with the wrong item and had to do it all over again plus the fact I had already removed the wheel bearing so had to catch two buses as my car was now out of commission.”

“I had an issue where some of the parts within a kit shown in the website photo were completely missing. I complained and the agent implied it was my fault for not checking (they were in the photo !) and it was described in GSF web guide that its ok for parts to be slightly different even though they were missing entirely. I had to complain a second time before I got a refund. However the upshot is I had to reuse old parts to get the job done.”

“The offers are a bit of a gimmick. The prices are slightly cheaper than elsewhere online though, but not as much as 50-60% cheaper than many other online retailers. Sometimes ordering is confusing with several sizes listed for your car and part numbers that don't match OE ones. So difficult to tell which parts fit. Not all stock is available online, my nearest shop is an hour away so I need to have it delivered. Luckily it's free delivery and being able to use PayPal makes it quicker to checkout. The last delivery was very poorly packaged. Brake discs were coming out the side of the box, as was the vehicle battery. Luckily neither were damaged.”

“Parts are decent and a decent price. But staff are so slow to react to a queue of customers. They'll ignore people clearly hoping someone else will step in and serve them. And it's not worth the wait. I'll order from Amazon in future and save the 30 minute wait to collect a pre ordered part.”

“To buy a new battery one gives the registration number and the system provides the right battery. When it came to fit the battery the width of the new battery was some 7cm less than the old one requiring me to insert a spacer block. I th ink that dimensions are important to recommending a replacement as well as power rating, etc.”

“I was miss quoted a price, drove 23 miles to collect. At the store in Poole the guy was brilliant, bought the part although £50 more than quoted over phone. VERY dissatisfied but the guy as said above”

“Website is very slow and buggy. I can't look at items with out a registration number, sometimes this is really annoying. Prices are normally resonable when discount applied. I would not buy any items with out discount .”

“I reserved a wiper blade online to collect from the Gloucester store. On arrival there was a queue of people at least 6 deep and 5 minutes later I’d barely moved. I elected to go elsewhere for my wiper blade.”
