nothing wrong with the company or the parts it’s the website it’s very slow and hit and miss today I wanted disks and pads it wouldn’t let me into my basket so I went to euros

Usually I order on line and collect at my local branch. This has always been fantastic and trouble free. My last purchase I thought I would opt for delivery. I ordered on Friday.. and now end of Tuesday, no parts have arrived even though I emailed asking for an update and received conformation that they would be delivery today. Lesson learnt.. If your in a rush go get the parts from store. This may however be down to the courier.

I ordered a battery on click and collect from your North Finchley branch for an '06 Micra. When I attempted to collect, the battery had to be searched for. The item handed to me was obviously wrong. I was then told that the car could be made in UK or in Japan. Eventually the right part was produced. Then I had the problem of how to cancel the click and collect order.

I am happy with the quality and price of the items I purchased however was let down by the delivery service as they messed up then had to rearrange a delivery for another day which then cost me money for the garages time and lost a day's work where I had booked time off plus as the car wasn't fixed I lost more work days following because I had no car to use.

Very good website experience....and good price with discount code, only let down was the wait at the branch, had to wait a good 10 minutes for someone to come out and see to me on both occasions although the staff (approx 5 staff) behind the glass could see me waiting ...and non of them could be bothered to attend a customer waiting and was served eventually by another member of staff who just came back.

Ordered wiper blades, didn't show up, instead got fridge magnets in a damaged box, presume found in back of couriers van.Not GSF carts parts fault, I believe it was the courier company who were responsible. GSF refunded cost without issue as I needed blades in a hurry and couldnt wait for reorder.

Not best service as had to go back home to do order online to get promotional price, otherwise had to pay nearly double for my part.

I ordered brake pads and discs on line but when I went to collect them it appeared they were not all the correct ones despite my quoting the registration plate of the car. I was able to change them for the correct ones at the shop but not at the price advertised on line.

Went to Order pickup The order after 10 mints of ordering but I was told I have to wait another 10 to process the online order. Went again to pickup the order but they replaced one bulb and insured it’s same quality as they don’t have the original one ( the ordered ) in stock. After pickup keep receiving the email reminders to pickup order. Best thing is price was very very good with discount. Will still recommend even though staff needs customer Services improvement.

Had an order waited for to come, never did, phoned office to be told that will need to wait another week for to come, asked for a refund and I did get it, but wasted the time.

Ordered online two vehicle batteries. One arrived five days later - not quick. I phoned up to find out where the other one was to be told that it had been damaged in transit. Why was I not informed? I still needed the battery and a replacement was received 2 days later. Agreed to receive promotional emails but have been bombarded with them so unsubscribed.

Though it was easy to get the part online, the second class Royal Mail delivery was too too late. Given the choice, I would prefer click and collect. I understand that it was “free delivery” but even customers who opt for that kind of delivery deserve a real second class delivery.

Reserved two car batteries as wanted to compare. Was only brought out one which was the most expensive and told the other would not fit my car even tho the website said it was. Felt patronised by the salesman as he indicated since he works in the field, he knew more than me which was not the case
