“Bought brembo front brake discs online was saying in stock, got to the store to pick it up 24 hours later and they said those weren’t in stock, I had to have some discs on that day so took a different brand but had to pay the same amount witch I think wasn’t right because they were cheaper online. Apart from that all ok.”

“The parts are brilliant & at a bargain with discount! The only downfall has to be the staff on the till regardless correct information given error was made, also don’t seem to take responsibility if they’ve made an mistake either so customer service is slightly poor but brilliant products!”

“Should check parts before sending to people u cant for example send 2 different brands of bushes for both sides they different quality and now my right wishbone is not as good like my left side but paid same price for both thanks”

“Parts are always good and are usually available. But sometimes when you do click and collect (or reserve then pick up and pay in store), the price on the order sheet/screen is different to the price you have to pay in cash when you're given your parts. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.”

“Easy to reserve but when due to collect 2 products, which I was told both in stock, only 1 was available. I needed 2 to complete the repair on that day, but I had to wait 3 days for the second one to arrive in store. This caused a 4 day delay on my motor vehicle which was disappointing.”

“Great value for money prices when ordered with online discounts. I sometimes wonder what is the point of the click and collect service though because the order is never ready and waiting when you arrive at the store, you still have to wait around while somebody makes up your order. My last order I got home and discovered that the air filter I had been given was a different one to the one I had ordered so had to make an 8 mile round trip back to the store to get it corrected. Lucky that I checked the order before my mechanic arrived to do my service.”

“Gsf car parts price is better than dealership but still needs to make comparable with other leading parts companies Etc. Europarts, bullseye, Andrew page because I found Gsf is expensive compare to these companies.”

“part was said to be in store after checking online and on the phone, arrived at store part was coded wrong waited till next day , second part was ordered and according to the plate number of the car the part is correct but does fit my car, all information is correct year engine code etc part is wrong in gsf”

“I am thankful for gsf of having the part I needed where others didn’t but the website was not that straight forward to use maybe consider gsf having a app makes it easier and having more staff so it doesn’t take to long waiting for collections.”

“Although the front strut top mounting spare I ordered was a fit - it wasn't perfect. This has led to an unnatural noise whenever I turn the steering wheel hard left/right. The noise is obviously caused by some imperfection and/or warping - I can also feel it clearly through the steering wheel.”

“GSF watford staff could try and be friendly and prproactive.I recently went to collect an item via click and collect and was told aggressively by your staff that the order has been cancelled without offering me any further assistance and just carried on doing other things. I am from a ethnic minority background and I wonder if that was a factor that made me receive such service. Customer service needs to improve. Thanks”
