Have purchased from GSF for years and it’s probably gone down hill a bit. Staff never really seem happy and one of the items I purchased was faulty. I would certainly use them again but just an observation.

Guys in the shop are great. The web site needs sorting out. A pain to negotiate, not simple and definitely not user friendly. I wonder how much this badly set up web site as cost you in lost sales. Sort it out and simplify.

i was after a battery for my van so decided to look on your web site as they offer discounts. the battery i went for said it came with 4 years but later found out in the shop it only comes with 3 and i seem to pay more for the item when collecting it than the internet price. didnt find your staff over helpful either

Delivery works ok. But it is frustrating that i cannot order click & collect in Hastings branch, as i live in Hastings. If I go into Hastings branch they want to charge me almost double the GSF online price, and I end up arguing with the counter staff.......Sort it out, please?

Found the service quick and easy but the customer service could use some improvement as I found that the people were a bit rude when I couldn’t find the click and collect number which I wasn’t happy about

Have had serious problems ordering items online most of which appear unavailable. Given online contact number and no one answers when you ring the number.

found it very difficult to log on to your web site mentioned this in store and was told I was not the first to say thjs you must be losing business when some one can not get on line

Web site is slow running by comparison with Euro Car Parts, would be easier to use the search system if you could search for a product without specifying a particular vehicle, for instance searching for wiper blades when you know the size you want and the car lookup is either incorrect of does not recognise your reg number and looking up oils and brake/clutch fluid can not be done without specifying a vehicle make hard work of it, you need to check prices as they can change from one week to the next. However some prices are good and the delivery time is reasonable I am about to sample the click & collect so will add to the review when that experience is complete

Online prices with the 60% discount they r relatively good, In store unfortunately they r higher then online witch is bad! The app is slow but could be my phone so .. Opening hours in special Saturday the r great . In store staff great .

GKN Lobro CV Joint delivered in own box rattling around in a GSF box without any packing. The GKN box opened in transit, spilling some contents out into a box that was not fully sealed. Fortunately, there were no lost parts. Better care needed in the post and packing department and I doubt whether I will use the posted facility again as I can't afford the time to replace defective or lost parts.

Some great offers online with the discount, couple of areas for improvement’ the website always seems very slow to load & use’ and when you order something online to collect in the local branch it has never been picked prior to your arrival? Always friendly staff though On the whole an average experience 😑
