Normally GSF are excellent at getting to me what I want , but I have to say that I ordered some Bosch wiper blades for my car paid for them then they didn’t turn up and I looked at my bank statement and saw I had received a full refund from you , and not even a messsge to say sorry not in stock heard absolutely nothing which is so annoying ordered somewhere else for half the price really annoying could of at least let me know .

Wrong parts supplied for car. 3 items This has happened a few times now. Motor factors always seem to get it right though

No problem with GSF only problem was with UPS delivery service. Lost my replacement parcel by delivering to another address signed by someone with a different name to my own . Waited in three days for the delivery now had to have a refund. There customer service was very poor .

Delivery was good and the price of the parts but was send the wrong item piece regarding the number plate and details of the car filled in

Part was On the shelf so was able to collect within the hour. Strange attitude of the guy behind the counter who did lots of swearing which doesn't bother me too much, just not very professional. I can't the impression he either didn't like working there or was leaving very soon so didn't care any more! That said, he was friendly and efficient

Not a good start First time ive used your depot at woodford and supplied me with damaged parts and wont take 1 back..and i had to go back to depot 3 times Ordered on line delivery from birmingham In correct parts although i used your put in my reg service. Now ive got the send them back or take to the unhelpful depot.

The rear barke pads supplied were the wrong size and had to be fabricated to fit the caliper. Otherwise all parts ok and fit for purpose.

Bought good cheap part unfortunately did not accept when I tried to return it due to engineers found different part broken.

Hi there I booked part for my car I gave my Car ragistar no but when I went to collect part. That part wasn’t right. How come it’s happened? Thene one of your staf member check right part and gave me part no thene I rebooked. And I collect from store.

Why is that every time I order a part Online then come into store to collect it I’m told by the shop assistant that it might not be the right part for my car? I’ve had this happen on a number of occasions and there’s nothing more annoying than typing your car reg into the online system then choosing a part to only find when you arrive at the store to collect it that it doesn’t fit your car! What’s the point in having the section where you put your reg in if it doesn’t correspond with your car! Very annoying and quite an easy fix. Also you go into store and the assistant always says we have nothing to do with the online department?? What does that even mean. If I type in GSF into the internet, then order a part, then go in store to collect of course it’s the same company but not according to the staff at GSF Smethwich branch. I could go on and on but what’s the point as the front end never ever knows what the back end is doing at this place. Extremely unprofessional and annoying. I’ve never had this issue at Euro Car Parts which I know is your rival company. Come on guys, it’s time to wake up I think..??

The part was not the right one. Also one part wasn’t ready,they have to get from another branch. I have to wait for the delivery.
