I like GSF I have been using them for around 20 years. Their prices are good when you have a discount code, without a code they are expensive. The website is terrible, truly terrible. Especially if you are using a smart phone. If the website gets a complete and comprehensive overhaul then I would suspect that they will gain/ retain more customers

The part was fairly-priced. However, there was a difference between the store opening hours advertised on the website and the actual opening hours, so I could not collect and fit the part on the day I ordered it.

Was given the wrong part, GSF were closed for the back holiday so sourced parts elsewhere. GSF normally expensive compared to most places but with the discount the price was acceptable, albeit the wrong part. In the end I found a better quality elsewhere cheaper.

Initially went to the shop and asked for the parts but was told that the online price could not be matched directly- I would have to order on line - yes they had the parts but no I could not put an online order in from the shop - no internet connection - ordering online was awful the website was very slow to update clicked to order - no response did it several more times eventually got an order confirmation- went and got the parts - came home to find every click had generated an order - Really Irritating - Sort your website out and allow direct purchases from shop at the same price - Fact if you advertise a price, in contract law you are bound to honour it - when I showed the online price and parts I required, at the retail outlet, the fact that I had not ordered online was irrelevant - the offer had been accepted and the goods should have been supplied -

Dear sir Click @ collect has little benifit here. Goods clearly not picked from Shelves prior to visit evven though order sent day before , stood waiting around for quite a while. Assistant unfreindly @ dissmissive gave impression He would rather be somewhere else. On the plus side goods @ prices are O.k

bought an item I had googled online which, from gsf themselves was about £4.80. In Exeter branch, walked in and was told it was £7.50 and the cheaper price was online price. I then had to waste my time ordering the item on my phone in the shop itself, then waiting for the online order to go through so I could collect the item. Why can you not just sell items at the same prices regardless of online or on store purchase!!!

I’m a regular customer at your Luton Windmill trading estate branch ..recently I’ve submitted a claim for a refund on a 8 months old defective coil pack GSF 925GMO431..I noticed I was not given a copy of the said claim documents. Lodged on 13th August 2019 .. to date I’ve had no communication on this matter 13 opening days later... ..otherwise I’ve been well looked after by the GSF staff .. Mr D Burton...07718074422 ..

Purchased an electric window regulator -the picture showed the electric motor attatched to the mechanism -however, when it arrived it wasn't in the box as i had expected. That said, delivery was exceptionnaly quick.

I ordered service parts for my 2010 Peugeot 207cc choosing the purflux oil filter (part no : 120PC0110) but while the picture on the web site matched the oil filter I required, the oil filter delivered did not but was not realised until Bank Holiday Sunday - most inconvenient.

Gave reg No and given wrong parts. When brought in to change had to pay a further £11. A cost which should have been waved as it was GSF fault. Not best pleased.

After entering my registration, I ordered the wipers that the GSF website stated would fit my car. Order placed, parts delivered free and quickly. Only one problem, the wipers dont come close to fitting, and when I contacted GSF, I am told they know they dont fit my car and therefore I need to return them, at my cost!! Terrible. GSF have now directed me to a different website to buy a front set of wipers for £90!!!!!

I was slightly disappointed with my experience this time. The shop is advertised as opening at 8:30am but didn't open until 8:35am on the day I went to collect and I didn't get my parts until 8:45 due to the chap feeling that tidying up was more important than serving customers Haven't used the parts yet but I expect they'll be as good as pervious ones I've had

Disappointed to find that you had sent rear discs instead of fronts. This meant a trip to Barnstaple GSF who were very helpful.
