The part was a perfect fit but the guys behind the counter needs to be taught how to speak to customers, very arrogant attitude on double checking if the part is the right one. Please train your staff on how to speak to customers.

Bit of a snag as the tie rod ends that were supplied were exactly the same but should have been right and left handed. Unfortunately supplier didn't have more stock so this ended up taking three visits to sort out.

Service needs improvement. Parts ordered and checked in stock. To collect next working day. On arrival informed part had been sold. Not happy. However, staff redeemed themselves with advice to purchase part by another manufacturer.

Unfortunately part of my order got lost in transit, which happens, but I contacted GSF through the chat and on 2 occasion got an automated response saying it would be delivered on time. A quick look at the tracking showed it was at the delivery depot day after day. It was finally resolved and once they properly looked and realised something was wrong they sent it on a next day delivery. Good company just need to tighten up on delivery queries.

Mixed feeling. Purchase was really easy and delivery was quick. However I was not notified that my items were dispatched. Further to this and not GSF fault. My items were delivered to a neighbour and no note was given to me. If I knew they were dispatched I would have checked.

I ordered a diesel fuel filter using my car registration and when I went to collect the filter from your Belfast branch I asked the assistant to check it was correct against my registration. He checked it on his computer and found the one I ordered online was incorrect. If I hadn't have asked him I would have got the wrong one.

when i went to collect online order was told they didn't have it even though i had email previous day to collect it.went home rang them again told that they did have it so had to make extra trip to pick it up!

Prices are good if you can wait for the regular large discounts. Staff can be very abrupt and rude. Lots of sighing etc when you ask them to sort something out. Parts have been fine but can have a short service life.

On purchasing the thermostat I spoke to an employee on chat, and asked if it came with a gasket, I was informed it did. However on arrival it had no gasket, I called your shop and this time I was informed it did not. After enquires to other car parts outlets it seems standard to have a gasket included.

Twice I’ve ordered parts online, gone into the shop and been given the wrong item! I ordered a battery for a Range Rover, drove some 60miles for pickup and the posts were on the wrong side - AND it’s still being advertised! A simple fuel filter for a Saab which should be a common GM part and it was also the wrong item. Simply put - the web site needs serious work.

Good service, but wiper blade did not fit my Hyundai i30 (rear) so had to just use the rubber, which as a ex mechanic I could do. But would use you again. As very good customer service.

Ordered parts for my car which statted they fit my car and they dont. Fast delivery tho And good price just really hard to get the parts that fit,
