Ok for parts if you can take advantage of 50% off deal. Also very little stock. E.g. wanted 3 cans of paint, could only get one in store, could not order more as not in stock in store and had to wait a week to get another single can when in stock, and then another week for the last item to come into store.

When order it says next day delivery. That day came and no parts so I could not use the car. When I called them was told it was 48 hours not next day as told.

Parts fine, website fine, price ok. But why when I order online and then go and collect/pay do I get email cancelling quoting that I didn't collect ??

the prices are better then euro car parts however the customer service i experienced was atrocious when collecting my order from the cardiff branch the sales staff was rude

Parts could be listed better I ordered brake pads for a 2011 Fiat Punto bravo ended up with pads for a 2010 model Cost me double labour at the garage

Easy service to use online ordering and reserving parts. However in store, the wait is ridiculous. 2 people serving and waiting half an hour with only 2 others ahead of me is silly. Otherwise fair pricing and parts as expected.

The box for the sensor was very based up and didn’t resemble a box....... the sensor seems to work ok but could not comment on if it was “brand new”

While everything went well and I received the item without any problem, I did not receive any postage notification with tracking details. So my item was delivered to a store which I then had to drive to pick up. If I knew when the item was going to be delivered I could have arranged for somebody to be in.

Usually excellent service but not when buying online. Fast delivery - yes Easy payment - yes Poor quality website, hard to find parts When ordering online for home delivery, you do not get a refund if item is returned to a branch. The item has to reach birmingham branch before being refunded... If using in store they are excellent at thurrock

Although there are big discounts to be had the prices are still more than your competitors and after a web order there is no communication as to delivery date or time I emailed customer service and got no reply

DISAPPOINTED! I ordered an oil filter for my Suzuki swift sz4 and was given the wrong type. Fortunately I hadn't damaged the old filter and had to refit it. I will say when I returned the filter back to the Daventry branch the gentleman that served me was very apologetic and sorted out a discounted replacement.

I fail to understand the motivation behind pricing parts at astronomical prices only to discount them constantly by 45-60% with codes. It's also very frustrating that click and collect orders never seem to have picked despite emails confirming they're ready having been sent. And finally, if you're not going to have staff at the front desk, at least put a buzzer in so customers aren't stood around waiting to be served for 5 minutes.

Hi, you do good promotions, but I did have a problem with my online order which should have been delivered, it's only when I phoned to find out when I will receive the order after a week that it was stuck with UPS and the sender had them to hold it, but in fact they had lost it, I was told. An update would have been nice. Luckily the car wasn't in the garage.

Products are of good quality, mail order is very good, however this was tarnished by the poor attitude and service of 1 person on the customer service phone

No problem with the order, but closing at 3pm on a Saturday and not opening Sunday's is a massive problem for me and I end up using other suppliers.
