Staff picked wrong 3 part clutch kit and had to bring it back where they said number was only 2 digits different as If I care! 1hr wasted plus £3.50 worth of fuel.Wasn't happy

Acceptable because I didn't really get what I thought I was getting but after having similar problems with Euro car parts I lost the will to live and couldn't be bothered to send the parts back again. I bought two windscreen wipers for my car. One of the ones from Euro car parts was the wrong size so they had to go back as they were sold as a set. The ones from GSF were sold individually and were both the right size but they fitted with adapters not directly to the arms. The photo of the parts from GSF showed no adapters and a neat direct fit. They work just fine but the adapters are clearly visible when driving and thus annoying. I suppose I'll get use to them but they were not as shown in the on line catalogue!!

I am by no means a mechanic or a professional repair technician. So by that standards I can only rate my experience. Recently GSF was running a promotion of 50% off online and I needed new break pads for my car below is my observations and I could be wrong on this. 1 online list price was higher then normal price as well as on counter price so 50% discount would not be true reflection of actual price 2 discount was only applicable to online list price my guess is as it was highly inflated to offer 50% discount 3 after quick calculations it works out I got item 12% cheaper then actual on the counter price 4 in order to get discount I had to place order online and then go again to collect it. 5 stock indicated on website did not reflect actual store stock I was told that although item was shown in stock in peticular store the store did not have the physical item there and was incoureged to order more expensive replacement. In short you might not get the discount you think is on offer and might end up paying more for item as the cheapest option will not be in stock. Effective marketing but not ethical or morally acceptable. As for break pads they work fantastic and can't really complain about the staff at the store.

Great price for my battery which is now working in the car. The spot had lots of parking and was easy to find. The click and collect service however, was poor. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to be served. There was only one person on the counter, who disappeared outside to look under the bonnet of another customers car. There were lots of other people working, either sitting in the office behind the counter or in the warehouse. Nobody came to help and when I called to a person who walked along the counter, I was greeted with a curt “ Sorry can’t help. I’m doing deliveries.

I had to order online to be eligible for discount on a click and collect System . How does this help anyone especially computer illiterate people ... It’s the same staff picking the order and serving you at the counter . When I turned up at 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning there was For customers waiting to be served and one person behind the till you had at least three or four people sitting in the office doing nothing we had to wait in a queue for no reason very poor service. Next time I will Probably shop at Euro parts, as I hate waiting when there is no need for it... the staff at Northampton shop need a talking to...

Delivery was quick but I thought I entered a discount code to get money off but evidently not so ended up paying full price. My mistake but puts me off using the site again

GSF website needs updating, and is difficult to use. Service or brake parts could do with being in sections so you don't have to add an item to the basket and then go back a screen to add another item.

Hi, the price and delivery were good, however I ordered a pollen filter for my VW Golf Mk7 which was supposed to be one with activated carbon, the one that I received did not have it, the filter I received was not even an option on the web page. I would recommend checking when you purchase, for the exact products that you will receive.

I bought a replacement bulb when promotion was on so very competitive price. But the bulb was handed over loose with no protective covering/box - bulbs should not be handled.

I reserved the parts online came to the shop staff wasn’t too friendly made me wait too busy answering the phone making me feel like I’m invincible won’t be coming back again.

ORDERING THE PARTS ON LINE WAS EASY USING CAR REG. PAYING ON COLLECTION WAS ALSO VARY GOOD.THE ONLY BAD POINT WAS THE CUSTOMER SALES DESK WAS UNMANNED FOR A CONSIDERABLE TIME AND I HAD TO WAIT HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS GOOD APART FROM THIS.

everyyhing fine except for one thing and thats avertising big discounts why not just give the proper price of goods to start with instead of the artifcially inflated prices

I think it’s daft that I have to stand at the counter order my part online and wait for the paper work to come through just to get it for the online price . Save everyone’s time if there was an easier way .

Service was pleasant, however my air flow meter had malfunctioned after 8 months, and they wanted a letter from a garage, and as I do my mechanics myself, I did not have one...... I just hope the second replacement doesn’t go wrong

The parts I bought were very reasonably priced after discount and of high quality. Delivery however left much to be desired as they only arrived some five days after the order was placed. I don't think that was the fault of GSF but, at the cost involved I would have liked to receive the parts I ordered on Thursday mid-day in time to use on Saturday or Sunday. They only came the following Tuesday however.

There should be a small details of the product to see easily to everyone so anyone choose their desire correct part as I purchased the car part under my car reg number but the part was wrong and I was ending up waiste of time and money and taking the new part.

Apparently, asking for a card payment receipt has become a cardinal sin ! I've been shopping with GSF for many years; the products are good, the prices are right, and With the exception of my last visit (where I was served by one of the rudest, most disinterested counter staff I've ever met) GSF is generally to be recommended.

Parts I ordered weren’t ready for collection (problem with delivery - no one thought to call / tell me). I was offfered a more expensive disc set at the same price (when I looked on website the part I was offered was actually cheaper than the one I ordered!). The guy at the shop said the prices on the website don’t match the ones on his system (he gets a lot of queries apparently). So after 45 minutes I got the “better” parts at a cheaper price - all very confit. Guy In Shop was great. Systems/comms very poor.

Having shopped with GSF for many years and no complaints with the lads and lasses in my local shop. I decided to check the price online before I purchased and cheaper than Euro Parts this time however, I did not request to Order or reserve at the store but went straight to the shop when told the price was £3. 50 more I declined and went home to reserve at store bit inconvenient! However, my complaint is you web site is to say a 'bit clunky' and not as efficient as Euro Parts and really puts me off going onto it. Apart for that staff always friendly compared to Euro's so you can be proud of that. Thanks GSF Steve.
