I bought a replacement bulb when promotion was on so very competitive price. But the bulb was handed over loose with no protective covering/box - bulbs should not be handled.

I reserved the parts online came to the shop staff wasn’t too friendly made me wait too busy answering the phone making me feel like I’m invincible won’t be coming back again.

ORDERING THE PARTS ON LINE WAS EASY USING CAR REG. PAYING ON COLLECTION WAS ALSO VARY GOOD.THE ONLY BAD POINT WAS THE CUSTOMER SALES DESK WAS UNMANNED FOR A CONSIDERABLE TIME AND I HAD TO WAIT HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS GOOD APART FROM THIS.

everyyhing fine except for one thing and thats avertising big discounts why not just give the proper price of goods to start with instead of the artifcially inflated prices

I think it’s daft that I have to stand at the counter order my part online and wait for the paper work to come through just to get it for the online price . Save everyone’s time if there was an easier way .

Service was pleasant, however my air flow meter had malfunctioned after 8 months, and they wanted a letter from a garage, and as I do my mechanics myself, I did not have one...... I just hope the second replacement doesn’t go wrong

The parts I bought were very reasonably priced after discount and of high quality. Delivery however left much to be desired as they only arrived some five days after the order was placed. I don't think that was the fault of GSF but, at the cost involved I would have liked to receive the parts I ordered on Thursday mid-day in time to use on Saturday or Sunday. They only came the following Tuesday however.

There should be a small details of the product to see easily to everyone so anyone choose their desire correct part as I purchased the car part under my car reg number but the part was wrong and I was ending up waiste of time and money and taking the new part.

Apparently, asking for a card payment receipt has become a cardinal sin ! I've been shopping with GSF for many years; the products are good, the prices are right, and With the exception of my last visit (where I was served by one of the rudest, most disinterested counter staff I've ever met) GSF is generally to be recommended.

Parts I ordered weren’t ready for collection (problem with delivery - no one thought to call / tell me). I was offfered a more expensive disc set at the same price (when I looked on website the part I was offered was actually cheaper than the one I ordered!). The guy at the shop said the prices on the website don’t match the ones on his system (he gets a lot of queries apparently). So after 45 minutes I got the “better” parts at a cheaper price - all very confit. Guy In Shop was great. Systems/comms very poor.

Having shopped with GSF for many years and no complaints with the lads and lasses in my local shop. I decided to check the price online before I purchased and cheaper than Euro Parts this time however, I did not request to Order or reserve at the store but went straight to the shop when told the price was £3. 50 more I declined and went home to reserve at store bit inconvenient! However, my complaint is you web site is to say a 'bit clunky' and not as efficient as Euro Parts and really puts me off going onto it. Apart for that staff always friendly compared to Euro's so you can be proud of that. Thanks GSF Steve.

I will buy from GSF in future again. However, some prices of car parts in GSF inflated and then put on special timely discounts with overview 40% or even 54%reduction, but when you compare the prices online with other suppliers ,you realise that even with discount you pay more or less same price as most other suppliers. In a few occasions parts from GSF came cheaper slightly but only occasionally. As I mentioned,I will buy from GSF but after comparing prices with other suppliers. Staff at the branch I visited a few times were not the most welcoming but not unhelpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Product very competitively priced. Battery arrived leaking acid and not safety labelled. This was however quickly replaced with satisfactory product.

Good prices with the discount and free delivery. I had a problem and had to get a refund for Brake Pads that were wrongly suggested by the system. I needed some with a sensor and received some without despite entering my registration.

Pleased with the parts and the price I paid with 60% off. However the customer care and delivery is poor. Had to call twice and use online chat, was told same stories others get told (couriers fault etc). Was told parts would arrive next day and didn’t, took a week to arrive. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry to fix. I would use again but only if I plan ahead.

The service and the quality of the parts was excellent. The staff were very helpful. But after purchasing the rear discs and pads for my 2016 passat which has an electronic handbrake I found that the home mechanic couldn’t fit the parts unless they have access to to some plug in software which retreats the brake cylinder. So just be careful when ordering. I don’t have this !!

This was my first purchase from GSF as it was recommended by a friend. The website was good to use and with the amount of discount codes that they offer the price of my product which I ordered was really good. All was paid and confirmation was sent but that's when it really needs tidying up. I was never giving a delivery eta or a tracking number so I could at least look for the eta myself. I know know that GSF try for next day delivery but for somebody that hasn't used the company before this might be something you want to include in the confirmation emails and receipts. One other thing I called customer services at Birmingham I think the office was.....useless i spoke to a lad and was asking about the whole delivery debacle and he told me to check the website it tells you their, he wasnt a help and didnt offer much else than see you happy finding. Other than that the parts came and I'm happy with them.

Recently brought wiper blades even though it stated they would fit my car the one did not have the correct fittings I had to take back. They exchanged the one for a different brand that is ok but now odd they said I would have to purchase the other one online and return the other one for a refund. This ment I would have to go home purchase on line go and collect then back home to fit and then return with old one. I haven't got the time so now have two odd blades not good.

Ordered parts. One wasn’t right, was refunded straight away upon return to the mail address. But struggled to return the item to branch, even though the website states this is possible. I did alert of my issue by letter enclosed with the return but have heard nothing. This is the only issue ever after 5 years of purchases. Would recommend otherwise
