More details for parts would be beneficial. Also, reducing the ridiculously inflated prices which are always subject to a ‘60% off sale’ - tired sales ruse. Just put the real prices.

Prices great, ordered on click and collect great website easy to use. Most items in stock. Really let down instore, even though I was emailed to tell me my items had been put aside ready for collection and I allowed two hours before I arrived in store, I waited over one hour to get my parts and there was only two customers in front of me who had also ordered on click and collect. The poor man working was trying his best but it took him ages to find parts that should of been ready for collection! Apart from the order should of been ready, surely there are storage problems when it is that hard to find parts. Could be great but your store needs sorting!!!

I bought from GSF in the past and will buy from them again. However, the prices are inflated and then discounted so in reality and after the discount you really pay more or less like every where else. Also the choice is not as wide as some other sellers. It is convenient to pick the item up on the same day or the day after from GSF branch. Sometimes you can find some items cheaper but only sometimes and a few items. As I said I will buy from GSF again.

No issues with ordering however when I went to the white Hart lane branch to collect 3 or 4 people behind the desk completely ignored me and talked to each other walking past and doing other stuff. After standing for about 5 minutes one of them asked me what I needed no apology for waiting. I collected my order and left. Probably go Euro car parts next time.

Ordered online emailed parts ready for collection went to collect in the morning parts not there had to return later in day to collect parts first time using GSF as well not a good start

Silly fake sales.Prices are doubled then a discount offered .Pointless and take us for mugs .Be original and give all year round honest value to your loyal customers.

Many staff appeared to be milling around in the store area behind the counter but despite the sole counter assistants calls for help - no one came to serve us along with two other customers, and so we all had to wait approx 15 minutes before being served. Speaking to the other waiting customers, it was clear that we would all remember when next choosing where to go for parts.

Ordered part by click and collect but item wasn't there when I went and had to be reordered. Customer services meanwhile sent me an automated email to tell me I haven't picked up my item yet! I emailed customer services but no aoplogy for the mess and told me to go back where stock is now available. I picked up the item (set of brake pads) and I have to say they are good quality at a great price so GSF more or less redeemed themselves.

Found the site to be very good and good prices. Nottingham branch the staff on the front counter are not friendly poor attitude to customers. One person on the collection desk had to wait 30mins to be served. When there's staff walking around and can see there's customers waiting. No fast track desk for customers who have placed orders by the Internet for collection. Was made to feel it was too much hassle to collect the parts for me. Over all not a great experience.

Most I’ve the items are very over priced The last thing I ordered on line was some pads I always get the price in the shop Before giving the reservation number and 9times out of 10 it’s cheaper in the shop Like the pads was So I then get them over the counter than give them the reservation number

I generally have good experience with GSF. However recently ordered a click and collect and it wasn't available the next day at the store. Waited a few days for it to be restocked and then I rang to be told Birmingham don't have it in stock to replenish their store so they will get one thats showing at another store and to give it a couple more days for it to arrive and the staff will ensure my invoice doesn't get deleted. Eventually the part arrives in the shop but someone deleted my invoice which had an online discount. I was told I couldnt simply turn up and pay but 'I' had to ring Birmingham to get them to put my deleted invoice back on the system. I rang and was greeted by a guy in the grumpiest mood ever who refused to put my invoice back on. Simply telling me to go online and order it again as a click and collect and if it doesnt show in stock for me to go to the store and tell the staff to ring Birmingham. I found I had to do the work to put the mistake right instead of staff, which was disappointing and the attitude from the Birmingham employee fell below any customer service expectations.

Good prices BUT after driving nearly 40 miles to Oxford to collect urgent suspension parts, mechanic found one box had been opened, used and then boxed again and resealed with parts missing. They didn't have a replacement in Oxford and wouldn't send one to my home address to exchange as it was out of their delivery zone !!! Told me to go to High Wycombe instead but doesn't exist. Thanks !!! AllParts, Slough were very accommodating so five stars to Rob & Team for helping out.

Brake pads were ordered based on your catalogue image which showed new clips and bolts. Parts box received did not contain these so had to use old items

Price was unbeatable, parts were quality. Unfortunately, the in store service was extremely poor. After receiving my confirmation email that my order was ready to collect, the lady behind the counter said that my order wasn’t there and that she couldn’t do anything, then proceeded to try and serve the next customer as if that was the end of my issue. After some prompting to find someone who could do something to help and 15 minutes of waiting, my parts were coincidentally found and I was able to go on with my day and just made my appointment at the garage. However, if I had just agreed with what the staff member said, I would have been left with no parts and defective brakes on my vehicle. Having spoken to a friend that works for a garage local to the Sheffield store which I attended, he stated he has also had numerous issues with the same staff member in relation to wrong parts given or losing orders. It’s a shame, my first time using GSF and I was signing the companies praises after the low prices, unfortunately poor frontline staff are the undoing.

Large envelope was delivered open and air filter was squashed. All straighted now. Good price on filter though.
