Parts quality is acceptable as long as it’s a right part as they advertise on website. Most of the time it’s wrong part

Excellent help in store before completing my order online. The distributor cap that I bought doesn't fit but that was probably my error.

Good prices but let me down by sending me the wrong set of brake pads for my st3 turbo now I have to go and get a refund and my pads cost me more as it was being serviced the garage had to buy them

Great store although just a convenient location for my classic VW. Mobile view doesn’t show the specific part for vehicles with multiple versions. Eg 68-79 and I need the specific 73-79. And then the shop assistant was rude about that. AND patronising when I suggested greasing a clutch cable. Which of course on modern cars you don’t. But this one you do. And he gave me the wrong invoice I now find. All in. Could do better tbh

Overall I have used GSF for years now, and very rarely have a complaint to parts I have purchased A majority of the parts are good quality and last Recently had a wrong part but I will still continue to use GSF because the value for money and quality of parts I believe is the best about.

I ordered brake pads. They were fine and fitted OK but not as the photos online. No caliper sliding bolts.

The ordering process online was easy enough, but I chose click n Collect and when I went to pick the items up over an hour later the order hadn't come through. I went back another hour later and collected the goods.

Ordered car part on Bank holiday weekend. I was expecting a delivery by Wed due to bank holiday. I received an email Saying there was a delay in the part. I reveived an email asking to contact a member of staff to discuss further. Member of staff i spoke to was quite rude and said its out for delivery didnt know what i was on about even though they sent the email asking to talk. Because of the original email about delivery being delayed were not expecting delivery so we missed it. It then was expecting the delivery the next day (Friday).. left a note one the door to leave with a neighbour but was never delivered. The tracker shown as on route. I am now expecting delivery Monday but unsure..

The price is good but can't be much better. I would like to pay with PayPal on collection . The staff isn't really friendly in Farnham The printer didn't work in Farnham

Prices were good. I had one click and collect and one delivery. Have not received any update about the dispatch/tracking number. Had to call the Custer service 3 times. The second te the customer service assistant did not listen and was very rude. Got the parcel eventually but I had to make quiet an effort to get it. Also the with the clinic and collect order the young guy in the Northampton shop was very slow and unhelpful when I asked him if he can give me some information about the delivery package.

Cv boot kit that I purchased was unfortunately a returned item ( evidence of greasy fingerprints on the inside of the box. ) and was missing the two retaining straps. As I had already fitted the cv boot, I used two metal cables ties to secure it. Very disappointed!

Bit of a wait as only one person serving customers and he was apparently new to the job. There were people clearly in the office. Also click and collect discount not available in store.

Bosch Vito fuel pump, top quality product at a very competitive price but the service was poor and parcelforce delivery was very slow

Steff were very helpful but I was slightly disappointed with one of the orders. It was the wrong item when clearly stated the correct item. Inconvenienced me big time.
