Not as slick as other suppliers. Had to wait too long for parts even with an empty branch and pre-reserve.

I ordered brake pads and discs on line but when I went to collect them it appeared they were not all the correct ones despite my quoting the registration plate of the car. I was able to change them for the correct ones at the shop but not at the price advertised on line.

Went to Order pickup The order after 10 mints of ordering but I was told I have to wait another 10 to process the online order. Went again to pickup the order but they replaced one bulb and insured it’s same quality as they don’t have the original one ( the ordered ) in stock. After pickup keep receiving the email reminders to pickup order. Best thing is price was very very good with discount. Will still recommend even though staff needs customer Services improvement.

Had an order waited for to come, never did, phoned office to be told that will need to wait another week for to come, asked for a refund and I did get it, but wasted the time.

Ordered online two vehicle batteries. One arrived five days later - not quick. I phoned up to find out where the other one was to be told that it had been damaged in transit. Why was I not informed? I still needed the battery and a replacement was received 2 days later. Agreed to receive promotional emails but have been bombarded with them so unsubscribed.

Though it was easy to get the part online, the second class Royal Mail delivery was too too late. Given the choice, I would prefer click and collect. I understand that it was “free delivery” but even customers who opt for that kind of delivery deserve a real second class delivery.

Reserved two car batteries as wanted to compare. Was only brought out one which was the most expensive and told the other would not fit my car even tho the website said it was. Felt patronised by the salesman as he indicated since he works in the field, he knew more than me which was not the case

Bought brembo front brake discs online was saying in stock, got to the store to pick it up 24 hours later and they said those weren’t in stock, I had to have some discs on that day so took a different brand but had to pay the same amount witch I think wasn’t right because they were cheaper online. Apart from that all ok.

The parts are brilliant & at a bargain with discount! The only downfall has to be the staff on the till regardless correct information given error was made, also don’t seem to take responsibility if they’ve made an mistake either so customer service is slightly poor but brilliant products!

Should check parts before sending to people u cant for example send 2 different brands of bushes for both sides they different quality and now my right wishbone is not as good like my left side but paid same price for both thanks

Car mats for Ford mk4 2013 were nice but the driver’s mat doesn’t fit - securing holes in the wrong place

Trade pay the same as everyone else after the everlasting 'sale code' has been entered by anyone! so why bother having an account and building loyalty it's worth nothing! shop & buy whoever does it cheapest .

Parts are always good and are usually available. But sometimes when you do click and collect (or reserve then pick up and pay in store), the price on the order sheet/screen is different to the price you have to pay in cash when you're given your parts. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Easy to reserve but when due to collect 2 products, which I was told both in stock, only 1 was available. I needed 2 to complete the repair on that day, but I had to wait 3 days for the second one to arrive in store. This caused a 4 day delay on my motor vehicle which was disappointing.

Great value for money prices when ordered with online discounts. I sometimes wonder what is the point of the click and collect service though because the order is never ready and waiting when you arrive at the store, you still have to wait around while somebody makes up your order. My last order I got home and discovered that the air filter I had been given was a different one to the one I had ordered so had to make an 8 mile round trip back to the store to get it corrected. Lucky that I checked the order before my mechanic arrived to do my service.

The first order I placed took ten days to arrive, my second repeat order arrived the following day. Slow service and first class service.
