carefull about prices online and when you go to collect in store click and collect should be same price

The staff where helpful and stock was good. Unfortunately I found the anomaly of the price you pay for parts in store was quite a difference to that online. This needs to be addressed in a positive manner to ensure continued patronage.

Standard internet prices for parts are very expensive. Discount codes are good. Website needs more information regarding brand/manufacture of premium parts.

Great service good prices , but website is useless, without having a specific reg for a vehicle you can’t really search for specific products. You have to go into the store and buy it there instead as they have access to different database and are able to search for individual products. Unfortunately if you purchase in store you loose your online discount so have to pay double the price

Bought specific wipers for a Peugeot 3008 2017 on. Didn’t fit due to the washers built into the arms and the Bosch fitting kit didn’t allow for this! Returned parts, no interest shown to resolve! Refund given. Disappointed as I know Bosch do the correct fitting kit!

Easy Web site to use, unfortunately not entirely accurate. The battery replacement recommended for my car was not a direct replacement, had to buy a new clamp. On the plus side, friendly staff.

Unfortunately not a great service at the Wolverhampton branch. I walked in the the reception where i could hear staff members on phones to customer's and then i heard they were not on the phones and swearing at each other. I continued to wait at desk and still no service (there is a mirror into office to see into reception) i then searched for the number of the office and rang it and i can see the member of staff answer the phone to me. The lady came to serve me then, after paying for my part that i had ordered online she went off to find it. Another wait as it was not in the correct place, after finally getting my part a from what i could see a senior member of staff stood out by the front door smoking. Now i understand its a working environment but if i had the choice i would rather go else where before going there. Plus side part was spot on and fixed my car :)

Ordered parts on line but then informed p on of my items wouldn’t be delivered to N Ireland. Disappointed as it could have been delivered to the Belfast branch for collection

Very good, but there appeared to be items missing from the box.. As the picture online showed extra parts, ie float level & pipes etc.. I just got the pump and nothing else... I left it that my mechanic would sought it out...

Great, but if you miss order, wrong part on collecting, you can’t get discount if in shop. You have to order online again to get discount on correct item! Or you pay the seriously inflated shop price

I ordered a part online it came from the Birmingham store, they sent the wrong part, so I had to go to the Doncaster store for the correct part, they were very helpful.

The part provided was not an exact replica of the original Bosch part as informed. The inlet is a larger size which caused problems. However I was able to use it, which was a quicker solution.

Hated that I forgot to order a second filter online so had to pay full price in shop. I filter for Volvo cost ÂŁ4 online the second ÂŁ11 in store???? go figure

normally dont have any problems with orders but on the last order I received everything I ordered I thought but as I got my vehicle ready to change parts there soon became a problem my discs wouldn't fit witch was strange as there was only 1 option for discs wen ordered on closer inspection of the box they come in I could see 2 different order numbers on the box someone had put the wrong order number on the box I had to travel from worksop to Sheffield to change the discs and because that took me an hour the mechanic I was paying charged me an hours labour because my vehicle was already stripped ready for them so it cost me an extra ÂŁ20 for labour witch I wasn't happy about at the store they said it had wrong sticker on box
