Easy to order most of order came but missed one item but was easy to arrange the missing item to be sent and arrived on time.

Eventually got the parts I needed after reserving stock and going to collect only to be short of one of the most important items on the order then having to order it when there was meant to be stock delayed the job by 3 days

Great selection of parts. But the website can be a pain at times. I've gone on looking for parts I've had off you jn the past. But you say there is no item matching what I've asked for. Eventually after wording it about 20 different ways it finally pops up.

When placing the ref in the search box , would it not be worth actually showing the correct parts , you have the information because if you ring you can tell us the correct parts ! May as well not have the reg search on there at all

Delivery was meant to be next day which would have been Friday but didn't receive an till Monday. Which was payed for.

I ordered parts online which is fine and easy but the lack of knowledge from the staff when asking for a simple banjo bolt is shocking. Basic mechnical knowledge surely should be necessary when working on the counter?

Parts were sent on time. But using parcel force as a courier was a mistake. Tried to deliver twice but didnt bother knocking the neighbours door. Parcel sent back to depot now i have to collect despite paying for delivery

Parts ordering and communication were excellent. The parts were reasonably priced and were available for collection quickly. I went to pick up my parts at approximately 10.30 am on a Monday. This is where my experience went downhill. I was stood in a queue for what seemed like an age while the lady serving on the desk worked tirelessly to serve the customers who were in front of me in the queue. Whilst trying her best to ascertain which parts the customers required as they hadn’t pre-ordered she then had to answer the phone and deal with telephone enquiries at the same time. All this while the queue grew in length with more than 1 customer not wearing a face mask. When I finally got to the front of the queue my pre-ordered parts were with me in seconds. And all this during a pandemic where social distancing was supposed to be adhered to. Just to clarify. At no point during this review am I criticising the assistant who dealt with it all in a polite and professional manner.

Ordered a part Sunday evening, got a message just after to say my parts would be ready to collect in 30 minutes. Obviously just a generic message as they're not open Sunday night. Then got a message at 8am ish Monday morning to say my order was ready to collect. Drove 20mins to ho collect as its my nearest branch and they couldn't find my items, so had to make a trip another day to go collect.

Bit disappointed with the delivery service had an email to say it was coming on a certain day so I waited in bit the order didnt come then I received an email the next day to say that the items were coming between 9am & 15 hundred hours and it arrived about 11

Let down by ParcelForce - items still not delivered many days late. Two days in a row we made sure that at least one of us was in, no attempt was made to deliver whilst parcelforce said the was, also there was no card left as there would have been if there was an attempted delivery.

I needed to get a Timing Belt and water pump, water pump for some reason "not available for delivery" so had to go to E.C.P for that. Timing belt delivered and a good price but having to shop 2 or 3 places to get all the parts is a pain.
