Good customer service. But the price for car parts are abit high.

Unfortunately your brake parts I purchased caused excessive squealing even though pads,discs and hardware clips were all new . Haven't had problems before as usually use Kimber friction for brake parts. Possibly down to cheap materials as my calipers are fairly new too.

Front door is closed all the time, have to go backside need to wait someoe reach you, stay in cool,cant shopping inside

So i needed front and rear discs and pads for a discovery. You only sell 3 or the 4 items which isnt very helpful so had to buy the rear pads from euro parts.

Part purchased was in an incorrect box and had to revisit store and exchange for a replacement. Counter staff were helpful but no apology was offered. Part number on box did not match item inside the box , clearly a returned item put back on the shelf.

Parts I needed they didn’t have or they didn’t do. Also you think you are getting a good price and quality parts your not. As they are the same price as euro car parts but also the same cheap after market stuff that doesn’t fit you have to modify.

I was given the wrong part at the counter, and had to make a return trip to change it when it did not fit to the car.

Delivery was two days late and didn’t meet the deadline had to ring customer service twice and I nearly lost my customer.

Don't always show all stock or parts for vehicles and not easy to find tools or other equipment not always the cheapest either also in the store I use local to me to collect my items has a very poor quality of service, not enough staff and what staff there is they just dawdle around and the click and collect items have to be picked while you wait

It is a shame that the only way that I could get the discount was online, although I collected the parts from the same outlet , that I had originally contacted. No delivery service because they were bought online, I would have willingly paid a delivery charge,but that was not offered. when I came to collect the parts, I had to wait, as they had not been identified or picked. The young lady was very helpful, but seemed to be virtually working alone, while various staff members stood about, looking anywhere else but at a waiting customer, while they ran their end of day time out. Eventually, after asking, she got some help. The price for the parts was excellent. P.S. Your questions are largely based on the delivery service, let me reiterate, this service was not offered

Part was late due to Parcel Force but delivered after second attempt. When Telephoning Customer support no one answers, had to email and wait for a response which they did within 24hrs
