I like GSF for parts as their prices are very reasonable however this is the second time I have used the delivery service and my item has been lost, I've had to chase up my items and get replacements. To be fair GSF have been great at responding to replace items, but it is frustrating

Online service is good but shop service leaves a little to be desired. I've been there a few times and the front desk staff seem like they can't be bothered. Really old school one word answer not my problem don't care whether you do or don't customer service. I think as times change so should service adapt, to some basic expectations of feeling welcomed.

Unfortunately they forgot to put the address on the parcel so I took a days annual leave for nothing. Nightmare getting in touch with UPS who then changed delivery to the following Monday. Yet to put the battery on so canโ€™t comment on that as yet.

The customer service and delivery of the part was fine but it had the wrong connectors for my car. I had to modify my vehicle wiring by fitting spade connectors.

The Gsf website is easy to use and good price for parts but let down by DPD couriers. Parcel was delivered to a pickup point and not the address given. When quizzed about it they said I had requested it. I gave my work address as my car is in our workshop in pieces awaiting the car partsfrom yourselves. I even paid extra for next day delivery. So I am not very happy with the delivery service ๐Ÿ˜’ ๐Ÿ˜‘ ๐Ÿ˜

The people that I had over the phone have tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, they have not succeeded to find the right battery for my car even WHEN GIVEN THE REGISTRATION AND ALL WHAT WAS ASKED. I have received two time the wrong battery.

it is great to get a %65 discount online. however you have to wait 20 minutes to get the items you need to wait 30 minutes.

The price for most things are ok and they have a good choice of stock, but I would go somewhere else just because of the staff, they pick and choose who they want to be ok with.

Ordered a battery online for collection at a good price , was just leaving when I noticed I'd been given the wrong one, swapped to correct one but may have been an issue for someone not knowing what amp battery they'd ordered. Maybe sales need to double check?

Even though the web site is efficient the stock is odd, I managed to purchase a clutch master cylinder but no stock of the slave cylinder. Not usually an item stocked and no it was not because of no stock available either. Overall I will use GSF again but would need to use other competitors to get all parts on my customer repair list etc

#note i collected, review only gives options for delivery and once id selected coukdnt deselect 4/10 for the survey company ) Gsf Used to be a great company. Twice before this week (approx 8 and 9 months ago respectively) I ordered things online, went in and they didn't have the items ordered online, which id been emailed "were now ready to collect.." (luckily euro parts is 1 min away) thankfully this time they had the items, at a good price and they were actually there 9.5/10 this time(and 15 ish times before using), 2 times before last 0.5/10 (.5 just for the bloke in there being a little appologetic)

It was the wrong part for the Laguna 2 it was listed for had to remove the bushes and fit them in the original stabiliser

Excellent service, easy to find products wanted with a brilliant price. Super fast delivery, only problem was delivery firm DPD, wasn't home so instead of following delivery instructions for home it delivered to a store miles away. For this reason I have only given a 3 ๐ŸŒŸ otherwise it would of be 5 ๐ŸŒŸ.

The price for my shock absorber was fair and delivery time was good, although not the specific make I ordered, but the main gripe is the packing. There was none, the item was sent in the box as taken from the shelf, consequently, the thin cardboard it was in was split in several places with part of the item protruding. It did not appear to be damaged and as I was in a hurry to have my vehicle back on the road it was fitted and seems to be working satisfactorily.

Click and collect order was not ready when I went to collect - i'm sure there are some improvements you could make like an express collection - I waited over 20 minutes to collect order. Maybe you could introduce an dedicated click and collect window so people are not sat in the queue with other customers ordering parts in the store - otherwise there is very little advantage - you could make massive customer satisfaction improvements just streamlining the click and collect model

website hard to use slow does not list items you need. bad design not trade friendly lots out of stock prices are cheaper on the internet did not get paper receipt
