All in all experience was ok, delivery was later than advertised it was dark by the time rad arrived, also the radiator purchased was not suitable for my car even though the web site said it was, I had to spend extra time making it fit then the day after I had to purchase all new hoses that fitted correctly

All ok except for 1 item that showed as in stock, but after checkout etc finally sent an email to say no longer in stock!?! Why not just update the website as out of stock?? I checked after this and the website says i can still buy it!??1

1st time I ordered for next day delivery I received parts the next day. Since then I.ve ordered twice for next day delivery and received 3 to 5 days later. But I still think GSF is great 👍👍👍

I would have liked to give 5 stars as per usual. However, on this occasion the parcel delivery was very badly packed. It was thrown together, with the heaviest item 5ltr oil bottle on top of paper filters. Luckily was able to reform deformed panel filters as best as possible. Perhaps the team at warehouse packing could do with schooling on how to pack a delivery box properly. Heavy's on bottom, lights on top.

The part didn't come on the agreed day. The part box was a right mess , that back DPD had re- boxed it . It was the cheapest part , between the part chain so that was good .

The delivery driver didn't even knock.Just left parcel in porch.Also no invoice .

Prices ok, but parts arrived late despite paying for next day delivery and in damaged boxes. Also no answer from call centre when I rang twice to chase delivery.

Order process seamless: opted to pay for next day delivery as part was urgent and vehicle needed for journey in 2 days time (on weekend). UPS failed to deliver (communicated this at 2008hrs, after I had stayed in all day waiting for part). Sent immediate email to GSF communicating my disappointment, but no support response received until Monday, when they confirmed they would refund the next day delivery payment (my request, not their suggestion): no apology for failure to meet expected standards. I therefore had to find alternative transport at short notice: not ideal.

Parts were good quality but this was let down by very poor packaging. Fortunately the shocks were very tough and not damaged by the poor handling.

I ordered break pads and disks. The break pad box was crushed and all the bits inside the delivery box it was also missing a anti sqeek plate

When I received the package, the ordered parts were missing. After reporting the incomplete order to customer service, I received the missing parts the next day. rating 3 this time

Brakes fine brake pads wrong size , by the time I’ve paid postage to send them back I’ll be out of pocket

Placed my order on a Sunday night, paid for next day delivery before noon expecting it on the Tuesday. Received an email on the Monday to say order dispatched, took the morning off work then got an email from the courier at 11.56 on the Tuesday to say my parcel would be delivered between 5 & 6 that night. Other than that item as expected,.

Service from GSF was fine, except part was delivered by UPS to Coventry instead of South London, leading to a 2 day delay in delivery.

Far too slow. I was kept waiting over 45 min to make a purchase. Brilliant staff, but just not enough of them to deal with the amount of customers.

Brembo brake discs arrived without specified included set screws - package was already opened so perhaps customer return. DPD failed to pickup two days running with lies that I wasn't in, etc. Just look at their recent reviews! Shocking. Replacement discs yet to arrive...

UPS delivered the car battery on its side even though the box shows on four sides, THIS WAY UP.
