Unfortunately the battery I ordered was delivered on it's side, even so clearly marked this way up. Some of the battery fluid leaked out over the packaging. I have since managed to use it so no need to get a replacement, but you should ask the couriers to be more careful with batteries.

Happy with the product however the Evri postal service is really slow. Took 5 days to arrive.

I bought battery to deliver to my home was waiting 5 days and coming. After then I cancelled it. If I was know the deliver will be with Evri I didn't buy it.

I ordered some brake pads.i plainly used my full address with online ordering but the delivery note didn't state my house name and that was by the supplier.when phoning first was told I had to phone evri to amend.i then rethought and phoned again and the chap refunded my card and told me the pads were available over the counter locally.i had phoned evri but to date haven't received reply.customer service eh?!!

So far I assume battery is ok but I don’t know as Evri the delivery people are completely useless - shoukd been delivered Wednesday- said would ok email so I waited on- no show then got email saying try Thursday - I was in gate open - again no show no explanation- then again Friday said coming 7-9pm waited in - again no bloody show!! 3 times no show - Saturday it finally gets delivered but no warning lucky someone there- I am away gotta see if battery ok once home. Please don’t use Evri they useless..

Battery arrived well packaged and in one piece. Unfortunatley the delivery didn't live up to expectation. I wasn't in a hurry so decided on the 2-3 day delivery, even over a B/Hol weekend, I expected a slight delay, however due to the shipping description and the courier used, it seemed to fall apart arriving nearly a week after order. In short, the website says "Car batteries will be sent via a specialist courier" in this case the battery was sent via Evri and registered as 10kg in weight where in fact it was over 20kg in weight. This resulted in the self employed Evri drivers who will only take up to 17kg in weight per parcel, refusing to deliver. Therefore another delay until the parcel was re-routed whilst Evri passed the battery to another courior who would provide the service.

Delivery within time but 1 item was missing (set of Brake Pads) Phoned the online support on the following Monday, they agreed with no quibble to replace or refund. To save them the time and money I said I have the refund - not realising I would lose my £10 discount as the total fell below the £80 then. So I won't be offering to do that again and not likely to use the online purchasing again - I must admit I thought initially it was the local GSF doing the delivery - in fact it's from a central warehouse and couriered by an independant company.

The order process was easy and dispatched quickly. The box for the light however was in pieces and fortunately the plastic parts not broken or scratched. Not well packaged to prevent Royal Mail’s abuse of parcels.

Ordered monday 2 shocks and 2 top mounts for delivery. Only the shocks turned up on expected delivery date of Tuesday. Phoned up to get remainder of order. Thursday 1 of the top mounts arrived. Phoned again, put in next day delivery and got the 2nd mount Friday

While the staff were always polite and courteous, and the errors corrected and refunded without issue, it was a hassle to be sold the wrong part at the wrong price by the online catalogue, to then be told that the correct part was out of stock and unavailable until July... While this is not the fault of GSF per se, it would have been useful if they could have been a little more fourth coming with information given my car make and model, and the fact I was trying to purchase a partfor it. The centre staff at T.wells were very polite and helpful when asking questions, and the return went smoothly, thank goodness. I guess automation and tech isn't fail-proof either. The main concerns were with GSF online catalogue, despite the requirement for car reg, make and model before it offers you a selection of parts. Very disappointing. To reiterate, centre staff and admin staff were excellent, the bots not so much.

Great service etc...but for your information absolutely order online and do click and collect, I got caught out, went to my local GSF store and got the part over the counter £26.88 only to find out if I had ordered it online and went to collect it from the same place it was 45% cheaper !!!! go figure.

All good apart from wrong item delivered. Had to return it to thr branch, I think GSF should pick it up as its their mistake and why should I be inconvenienced even further

Online shopping process was as expected but the item never arrived. Delivery company didn’t attempt to deliver and item was returned so resulted in a lot of lost time. So less than ideal. Ordered part elsewhere in the end.

Good price for my car battery! Though free delivery for orders over £25 didn’t mean a delivery by GSF van on the same day like other competitors do. So unfortunately I had to wait over 24 hours the delivery, when I only life a couple of miles down the road. Had I known this/ been made clear at point of order, I would have collected the item rather than leaving my car unusable for 24 hours.
